As of early December 2009 the new and enlarged spa zone will be available.

Additionally, the Espa comprises 16 treatment rooms, a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine with refreshing smoothies. Espa treatments combine oriental therapies with selected western techniques.

Other facilities include indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a children's club, high-speed internet (WLAN) and underground parking for 250 vehicles.

The restaurant is open Monday to Friday 07:00 to 10:30, Saturday to Sunday 07:00 to 11:00, Tuesday to Saturday 19.00 to 22.00

A decorative ceiling and wall paintings lend the Jungfrau Brasserie (15 Gault Millau points) more than a touch of the Belle Époque. The culinary focus, however, is on contemporary cuisine, created from the purest natural products from Switzerland.
The restaurant is open Thursday to Monday from 18:30 to 22:00, Sunday 11:00 to 14:00.

La Pastateca is a perfect venue for lunch or dinner. Choose from freshly prepared Asian and Italian pasta, meat and fish dishes, antipasti and salads from the buffet. Fine wine by the glass is served on the terrace in summer with views of the Jungfrau.
It is open Monday to Sunday 8:00 to 11:00 and 11:30 to 23:00

A delicious buffet breakfast is served in our La Terrasse restaurant every morning from 07:00 to 10:30 (until 11:00 at weekends). For late risers, a continental breakfast can be served after 10:30 in the comfort of your own room.

For all half-board guests:

Switzerland’s central location in the heart of Europe makes it easily accessible (within a few hours travelling time) from all major European cities.

Many international airlines fly to Zurich, Geneva and Basel. From Zurich and Geneva Airports, some rail services offer direct trains to Interlaken. Guests from overseas can also reach Interlaken via Munich Airport (Germany) and Milan-Malpensa (Italy).

From Munich, there are direct flights to Berne Airport (only 45 minutes by road from Interlaken). Berne Airport is also served by direct flights from London and other destinations.

Please note that even if an extra bed is not booked, the extra bed fee will be charged for each additional child or adult in the room.

There is a maximum capacity of 3 people (adults and children) per room.

As of 20 August 2009 there will be construction work due to enlargement of the Clarins Beauty Centre. The work will take place on the first floor of the Victoria Jungfrau Spa for a period of 3 months. During this period (and the partial closure of the fitness centre) the services of the Espa will continue to be available.
