Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
1 παιδί κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένει χωρίς χρέωση, για μία βρεφική κούνια.
1 παιδί από 3 μέχρι 12 ετών χρεώνεται 50 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο όταν χρησιμοποιεί το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται CHF 20,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

We thought that the location was very good indeed with a fantastic view out over the lake, and breakfast was excellent on the balcony which also overlooked the lake The music from the nightclub was very loud and kept us awake most of the night until it closed at around 4 - 5 o'clock in the morning, |

We liked the style of the hotel and the staff were excellent. When I needed a massage booking they went out of their way to find the right place for me. The view over the lake was stunning. Good restaurant. No noise and good sized bathroom. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the hotel. My friend and I had asked for a twin room and we got a family room with 3 beds which made it interesting with space. The beds were quite low. It was very hot and we asked for ice every day, the restaurant staff seemed to find this strange. |

The location and the view from the room's balcony towards the lake is exceptional. Ideal for relaxation and a good base for getting to know the Interlaken region. The rooms are ok, complete, well-preserved and clean, although its style is from the seventies. Modernization of the furniture. |

I regret to say that nothing in this hotel could please me. It was the most expensive and worst hotel we stayed in during our 14 day holiday. The breakfast was horrible!!!! We spent 3 nights but tried the breakfast just once. Furniture old and dark, carpet on the floor, no airco, ... |

Very friendly and excellent English speaking staff, nice classic looking room with a splendid view and a big balcony just on the lake , close to the centre and a good parkingspot in underground garage so even an expensive sportscar is safe here ! |

We enjoyed the antique furnishings and history associated with the hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see in Lugano. We had a great view of the lake. The breakfast was adequate in a dining area with interesting decor. Parking was available and not too far from the hotel, but access was difficult as you had to have a key from the hotel for the garage elevators. |

The room had a large bathtub and a great view of lake Lugano. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was also very nice. The front desk service on arrival was not very friendly but later in the day and when I checkout it was very good. The hotel is a bit tired as some reviewers have put it and dark. |

Friendliness of the staff and nice lake view There was noise at night coming from downstairs - there is a ballroom and there was a show going on during our stay. The rooms have carpets and this jeopardize the proper cleaness. During breakfast there were no fruits. |
