Very nice location Must be refurbished immediately. When i was in the toilette a man entered to my room and he was weird. He said im controlling. but what? weird. |

We really enjoyed the view and having breakfast on the balcony. The location was good, within walking distance of town. We sat in the restaurant in the evening having drinks and watching the Olympics. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good for a continental style. We plan on staying again. The shower head in our room was broke off so tricky showering and bathing at the same time. |

The view from the balcony is fabulous. The night club was empty and seedy. The music played until 5 am even when empty.the bath was 3/4 size and therefore too small to bathe in and the shower was hand held therefore too difficult to wash and condition hair without getting everything else in the bath room soaking wet.the decor was dated and tasteless. There was only one plug in our room and the fridge was plugged into that. Noisy. |

The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. However, seems she was the only good staff among the front desk. We have asked for a wake up call but nobody called us. We were almost missed our train to the next destination and no time to have breakfast on that morning. Very upset. |

The location is excellent, right on the Lake with beautiful views and walking path. The hotel is quite dated (and a little funky) in its decor, and looks more like a 2 star hotel, but is nevertheless very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including cable tv, hairdryers, in room safe, mini bar, room service. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurants were nice. There is no internet available in the rooms. The staff was not very service oriented. |

Excellent location next to center of city near train. Quiet, quaint "victorian" style, large rooms, great bathrooms, super clean. Decor "old style", darling with character! Good breakfast with a great restaurant as well. This one's very special!!! Definately request no room above disco, that was a great tip for us! |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the building and the lakeview. It was not as noisy as the center of Lugano. The shower was great, but because there is only a half door on the opposite end from the shower head, the bathroom gets soaked |
