The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for walking and hiking. Room was comfortable and the hotel had a ski room where you could leave muddy walking boots and they would dry clothes if needed. Would be useful to have more information in English. |

Die zuvorkommende Art des Personals, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, das grosse und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Wir bedauerten nur ein wenig, dass die Masseurin nicht im Wellnessbereich anwesend war, uns wurde aber eine Alternative empfohlen. |

Wir waren auf einer Wanderung und kamen mit Rucksack und Bergschuhen im Hotel an. Bei einem 4-Sternhotel erwarte ich, dass auch Rucksackgäste wie andere behandelt werden. Wir bekamen einfach den Zimmerschlüssel und Tschüss!!!!!! |

Freundlichkeit wird in diesem Hotel gross geschrieben. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden. Vom Zimmer-Balkon hat man einen grossartigen Ausblick auf die Imposante Bergwelt. Gute Lage und tolles Wandergebiet. Nein Das Hotel ist Jedermann zu empfehle ausser vielleicht für Junge die Ramba - Zamba wollen. |

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und kompetent. Essen ist sehr gut. War ein wenig unsicher, ob die Abtrocknungstücher, wie angeschrieben, auch tatsächlich nicht jeden Tag gewechselt wurden. Ich bin für das "Nicht-Wechseln"! Wassersparen: Man kann nach meiner Meinung nicht wenig Wasser in der Toilette laufen lassen. |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, insbesondere die Nähe von Busbahnhof und Lebensmittelgeschäften z.B. COOP. Der Ruheraum im Saunabereich ist direkt an der Straße - war wohl ein Fehler bei der Planung des Umbaus. |

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten unsere Wünsche mitteilen. Wir waren in einem sehr freundlichen, familiären Hotel und werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tage an wohl und wie zu Hause und auch unsere Kinder waren sehr wohl. |
