The hotel was very nice for the price, we had a great view of Lugano from our room,the staff were very willing to help. It's about 1Km from the town center but the view from our room was great

View on the mountains. We could choose to have our breakfast outside or inside. Liked the beautiful garden with all the tropical plants you can imagine: palmtrees, grapes, huge other different kind of trees. Very relaxed athmosphere.

We liked the quietness and the outdoor garden areas to sit and enjoy the views, it was wonderful to have breakfast out there and enjoy in the evenings. The free parking and non smoking facilities, as well as the internet were a plus. The room was nice (older) with a Shower inside. The manager is very nice and quite helpful. He tries to be very accomodating to your needs. The toilet was in the hall and the facility has no Air Conditioner. The cook wasn't always the friendliest. He made us feel we uncomfortable. But when the manager was around we were made to feel very comfortable by him and encouraged to enjoy the outdoors areas.

The hotel has a very pleasant Mediterranean layout. Our room had a small balcony. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a good bus connection to the Bahnhof and to the city of Lugano. The breakfast cost extra and was very basic; then there would have been extra charges for fixing an egg, etc. Either the basic breakfast should be included in the cost of the room, or the extras should be included in the cost for the breakfast. Real orange juice should be served, not a juice drink.

The price was very good, especially since I was there during a conference when rates were high. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tiny and well-worn. The free wireless was only on during the afternoon/evening and so was of little use to me. The breakfast was not worth 6 CHF, even by expensive Lugano standards.

The room was rather clean. The corridor was quite cosy. Free parking just outside the hotel. Only accept cash, either euro or CHF, but no cards. Quite far from Lugano center and the lake

The staff was nice and the breakfast guy was very freindly.I had a nice view from balcony.Very basic amenities. Location is not so good if you like to be near lake. The hotel is 15 mins walk from the nearest Bus stop CINQUE VIE (Bus number 3) and the frequency of the buses is not so good in Lugano city.

Room was large. Could be cleaner. Shower was literally in the room (stepped out of the shower into the bed space)- so make sure those you travel with are okay with that!

We had a beautiful view of mountains from our window. The staff was extremely accomodating. The option of renting a car is available. We took public transportation to and within the town. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in the office while we took another trip to the lake. When we returned, the bus schedule didn't match our time needs to get to the train station. The hostess was willing to leave the office to drive us to the train station!

Non si può definire Hotel! Mancano le più elementari condizioni per questa definizione 1)Mancanza di sapone nel bagno, 2) Mancanza del phon, 3) abat jour non funzionante, 4) Cuoco/Cameriere/Portiere/Concierge/etc. tutto fatto dalla stessa persona con incredibili disagi per gli ospiti. 5) non accettano carte di credito di nessun tipo, consiglio a tutti di tenersi molto lontano da questo orribile posto

Kostenloser Parkplatz Alles. Die Ausstattung war eine Zumutung. Alles wie abgeltuscht. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war einfach nicht in Ordnung. Noch nie soviel bezahlt und so wenig bekommen

Отличное месторасположение: тихое место, вокруг частные виллы, горы, живописные узкие улочки. Все номера с балконами выходят на восток, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на сад, летний бассейн и окружающие горы. Ж/д станция в 20-25 мин. ходьбы. Дружелюбный, вежливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь, подсказать в любую минуту. Говорят на английском языке. Номера просторные, на полу ковры, есть телевизор, б/пл вайфай (не пользовались). В санузле ванна, унитаз, биде, раковина. Много полочек, чтобы разместить свои вещи. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Есть эл. удлинитель, к которому подошли все зарядные устройства. В шкафу предусмотрены дополнительные одеяла для мерзлявых. Континентальный завтрак: хлеб свежий разный, тосты, сухое печенье, джемы, мед, 3 вида мюсли, молоко, йогурт, 1 вид сока, сл. масло, чай, кофе. Чай подают в большом заварном чайничке, можно выпить по нескольку чашек ароматного напитка. Дополнительно можно заказать что-то из меню (яичницу, например, за отд. плату). Кухня работает до позднего вечера (не пользовались). В день отлета организовали трансфер до вокзала, не смотря на ранний час. Нет в номере фена (все-равно пользовалась бы своим) и розетки соответственно к нему в с/у. Нет одноразовых мыла, шампуней, гелей для душа (хотя по первой просьбе предоставили, как мне показалось, отдали свои!). На стене возле ванны аппарат с мыльной субстанцией, говорят, для всего, но сомнительно: руки мылить - далековато, голову и тело - ?неизвестно чем. Уборка происходила ежедневно, но ковры не пылесосили, кажется, ни разу.
