The room was rather clean. The corridor was quite cosy. Free parking just outside the hotel. Only accept cash, either euro or CHF, but no cards. Quite far from Lugano center and the lake

We liked the quietness and the outdoor garden areas to sit and enjoy the views, it was wonderful to have breakfast out there and enjoy in the evenings. The free parking and non smoking facilities, as well as the internet were a plus. The room was nice (older) with a Shower inside. The manager is very nice and quite helpful. He tries to be very accomodating to your needs. The toilet was in the hall and the facility has no Air Conditioner. The cook wasn't always the friendliest. He made us feel we uncomfortable. But when the manager was around we were made to feel very comfortable by him and encouraged to enjoy the outdoors areas.

The staff was nice and the breakfast guy was very freindly.I had a nice view from balcony.Very basic amenities. Location is not so good if you like to be near lake. The hotel is 15 mins walk from the nearest Bus stop CINQUE VIE (Bus number 3) and the frequency of the buses is not so good in Lugano city.

Hôtel vétuste mais propre. Direction accueillante avec les enfants. Des petites colombes de Pâques leur ont été offertes ainsi que des rabais pour l'entrée à Swissminiature! La chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes+2enfants) peut être considérée comme une petite suite,car 1chambre parentale avec accès direct sdb et 1 gd chambre salon. 1Tv par chambre. Les enfants étaient ravis. Cet hôtel à besoin d'un gd rafraîchissement (d'où son prix peu élevé ) mais il a un très bon potentiel (jolie vue, piscine , terrasse...).

Nichts kann da gefallen. Uraltes treckiges hotel. Fotos mit blick aif See sind ein Betrug. Restaurant küche ist schwarz von boden bis zur decke von müll und staub. Niemals sollte man da essen. WiFi wird nur ab und zu mal eingeschaltet. Zimmer haben ein unerträgliches Duft von Insektenvernichtungsmittel, der als Parfüm bezeichnet wurde. Fazit: nie wieder hin.

Inutile affannarsi nella ricerca della doccia in bagno, per altro piccolo e dentro cui è impossibile muoversi se si è un pò più abbondanti, perchè si trova esattamente dietro la porta d'accesso alla camera!!! Il bagno, ovviamente, è privo di aeratore in compenso per tutta la notte rimane attivo uno strano sistema di riscaldamento/aerazione rumorosissmo. Inoltre entrando in albergo si percepisce uno strano odore di stantio, non tanto dovuto al grado di igiene che tutto sommato è sufficiente, quanto a Km e Km di moquette I cui buchi sono ben camuffati da ulteriori tappeti messi sopra( una specie di torta multistrato).Per non parlare poi del fatto che viene richiesto pagamento cash quando sul sito c'è scritto che son accettati carta di credito e bancomat. Infine I caserecci gestori/receptionist non sanno dare alcun suggerimento sui luoghi da visitare:" a Lugano non c'è niente da vedere; Bellinzona è carina ma non vale la pena andarci....basta non c'è altro!"

La camera era molto "spartana" a dir poco... Il letto era scomodo e rumoroso, il bagno era ricavato da un buco (bisognava sedersi sul water di traverso perché non c'era spazio tra il water e il muro!) , la ventola di areazione è andata in continuazione, anche di notte, con un rumore molto fastidioso.... In più hanno richiesto il pagamento in contanti, per non applicare una maggiorazione!! A parte la posizione, in una bella zona di Lugano, direi che non c'è altro di positivo...
