Ideally situated in a quiet area surrounded by trees and parkland, sits this comfortably furnished family owned hotel.

Rooms include balconies with panoramic view. The hotel also has a free private car park, outdoor swimming pool and a park area. There is also a restaurant with a terrace.

The hotel is 250 metres from the nearest bus stop to the city and 2 minutes from the Lugano-North highway exit.

The bathroom shower was really dirty. There where insects in the room. When they mentioned continental breakfast...cereals that where left open from the night before (I saw it as we passed the dinning room) and old bread and jam. This is not a continental breakfast! Horrid!!! The swimming pool was empty and it looks like the pics of the hotel where taken 10 years ago! Deceiving!!!!

I was given room 14 which was above the kitchen. The constant noise and loud conversations prevented me to sleep past midnight despite I have indicated it that it bothers me

ants in room, room just fit the 4 beds. The whole hotel was dated and poorly kept up. internet was free but you had to sit in a basement without adequate lighting.

Cheap, clean, ok location.

The breakfast - new serving routine and selection every morning. Heavy
fee for paying with credit card not announced everywhere (5%!)

Very dated. The TV in the room we stayed in did not have any facilities to change channel.

I can't find a good point.

Breakfast was very poor, just bread and jam.
WC very tight, almost not possible to sit in.
Bed unconfortable.

We loved the location....it was in a beautiful neighborhood, easily accessible to downtown, but without all of the noise of downtown. Really felt like you were seeing something other than the tourist area. Great pensione! I think the hotel would benefit from having directions via public transportation..
