i like too much the fitness and turkish bath, also i like the good services and the weather in general and its location. maybe the price it littele be expensive espacillay if i will take double room or family room otherwise the hotel is wonderful. |

Friendly helpful staff, nice big room, very good restaurant. Air condition was not effficient enough. Room was very warm in the night. Location a bit far from the lakeside. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was an absolute dream. I had the perfect view of the hotel pool and the mountains in the background. My biggest dilemma was figuring out if I preferred the view in the morning or at night. The bar & grill was a great place for dinner. |

From the moment of arriving there was a feeling of total relaxation. This is our only experience of Switzerland to date, if this represents the country, we will be back. |

All around a very nice place - location is beautiful, with views over the lake. Good pool area and friendly staff. The (standard) room was large, clean, well-appointed and had a balcony. They extended our check-out time into the afternoon, which was much appreciated. The price is a bit on the high side (but then again, you do get very good quality for it!) |

The service of the hotel personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was not representative of my expectation and experience with other luxury spa hotels, particularly the in-room amenities. |

Beautiful surrounding, good hotel staff, free shuttle service back to train station. Not able to connect with hotel to get shuttle service to the hotel. Was not offered compensation or other perk in lieu of having to pay cab fare to the hotel when we should have received free shuttle service. |

Beautiful location, fantastic views of Lugano and beautiful gardens. The rooms were very impressive: large and spacious, the decor was pleasant. The service at the restaurant was excellent: delicious food, everything worked as a clock and the staff were very attentive. The AC in the room was quite noisy and we had to turn it off a few times and, subsequently, the room became too warm. We had the impression that the hotel maintenance was somewhat understaffed: lack of room service on some of the mornings, v. slow service/lack of it around the pool area. |

Very friendly staff, outdoor swimmingpool was very nice; spacious, enough sunbeds, nice terasses overseeing Lugano. But the centre was still in walking disctance (10 min.)We stayed in a spacious room, also because we received un up-grade, which is of course always nice! |
