We ordered a Superior Double Room and we got the "Suite" which was just perfect. We a big private dining room, kitchen and the best views at the attic of the "Villa". Just superb. Nice garden and terraces and the employees very friendly. Top service. We arrived late friday evening, but could have something to eat in the Bar Lounge at 22:30 without any problem. The height in the bathroom where the bathtub was located was just not high enogh for a person of 186cm to take a shower standing. But sitting down it worked out fine.. |

Everything. It was a great hotel from a facilities point of view, and the people working there were top notch in friendliness and service. The room service menu could be expanded. |

location, room, pool, gym, food, terrace for breakfast They gave us a room without a view although "panoramic views" were promised when we booked and confirmed in writing. Upon us complaining, the receptionist said the view was from the balcony. We had to argue and then got reassigned a new new room which was indeed very nices and spacious. However, given a price of CHF 400 per night, you do not expect to this type of attitude. The rating of poor in category (2) above reflects this experience. Note that staff in the gym and restaurant were "good" to "excellent". |
