Very close to the station. Super View. Clean and well done . Choice in breakfast - cannot have the same thing for 3 days. The staff can be a little more polite. Add some condiments along with the Tea Kettle. |

very close to Interlaken Ost train station. Staff was very accomodating. Main floor restaurants and underground night club are very noisy. If this is a problem, request an upper level room. |

The main advantage of the hotel is that it is in easy walking distance from Interlaken Ost train station. The room was large and relatively comfortable, although it was extremely hot in the room due to the August heat (no airconditioning), even at night. We asked for a fan and were told there were none available. |

Very helpful staff. Very close to Interlaken Ost railway station. Good value for money. Bathroom too small. No exhaust system. |

Very close to the Ost station. Other than trains coming, it is quiet. Spacious. Our room has a balcony seeing Jungfraujoch! It is the only hotel in this holiday that has kettle in the room. Excellent bread in breakfast. Noisy floor. Beware if you look for one king bed because it is actually two beds combined. |

Room was very Spacious, Nice view to snow peaked mountains. Good attention by front desk. I didn't like these things. 1. The wooden floor was noisy in night it was disturbing. 2.Breakfast was not great, need more variety and quality.3 lift is small so if guests are more than one and if they have huge checkin bag, it make sense that hotel staff to bring it up |

The location and view of the Hotel is Picture Postcard. Accessability to the train station is a real bonus and for many overseas tourist like ourselves it should be promoted more. The staff were excellent and went out of there way to assist non-swiss tourists of all nationalities. |

The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again.. |

The location is excellent. The breakfast is quite good. There are two buildings of Carlton Europe Hotel. We stayed in the 'old' one which the balcony is a little bit dirty. The bed is not good and there is very hot due to no air-condition. |

４Fの部屋眺めは良かった。また当方問い合わせに対するスタッフ回答も丁寧で良かった。 改造された部屋の仕上げ不良で、他室の音漏れやむき出しの木板壁があり、再補修する必要あり。 |
