closeness to the interlaken ost railway station that means good trains into the alps for skiiers and good train timetables that originate here for the trip over the Brunig pass going towards Lucern breakfast was given to believe it would be a rich buffet but it was fairly typical of breakfasts offered by hotels on our trip of switzerland .. had to chg rooms as room above noisy with baby and cot construction ... elevator sometimes did not work properly but was fixed quickly ... front desk staff very understanding and helpful ... modern wrought iron beds with rather abrupt end post angles more than once had us scraping our shins when getting up to go to the WC in the night, they could use flourescent padding!! ... as location can command high prices at this world famous Alpine resort town, the price would be considered fair & decent value

Is the perfect place to travel by train in front of the station. It is also convenient to the Points of Interest. Also clean, spacious room with reasonable prices also were more satisfied with delicious breakfast.

The service was prompt and friendly right from the start of booking till our check out. All emails were responded back the same day and we were welcomed with smile and great customer srevice during the day of check-in. The room provided to us was as promised (mountain view). and the hotel was very close to the railway station (3min walk). The town was 5-7min walk from the hotel. I would sum up my experience at Carlton Europe as "Fantastic & Excellent" and would like to thank the hotel team for the same.

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the rail station OST. The hotel looks nice from outside and inside. The receptionists were so nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is just several from the restaurants and cafes in the main road. It is less than 5 minutes from the cable car to the peak of mountain. The breakfast was nice and the atmosphere was nice. The room was classical and nice not really big but good for single occupancy with nice view from the window. The bathroom was without door which won't suit friends but ok for couples and solo travelers.

The location is good, 5 minutes from Interlaken Ost train station. The staffs are very friendly. They are willing to provide as mush as information as they can.

The decoration of the landings and bedrooms were very poorly finished - trying to make a boutique style hotel but didn't quite work - finishing off of skirting boards, paintwork, very poor. Layout of room poor - couldn't see TV from bed as canopy on bed in way - the lampshades were cheap and nasty either side of the bed as if put in as an afterthought! two separate quilts were laid out on one double bed - why not one large quilt to cover both of us? We won't be staying here again!

Die Lage war optimal, wenn man beim Jungfraumarathon teilgenommen hat. Es ist nahe am Start und am Bahnhof gelegen Die Nachtruhe war nicht gewährleistet, da der Belag des Parkplatzes vom Hotel sehr laut tönt, wenn ein Fahrzeug darüber fährt.

酒店位置很好，很干净，还有个小阳台可以走出去，服务也非常好，非常热情，餐厅的东西虽然品种不多，但很新- 鲜很好吃。我的房间正对着少女峰，可以看到不同时间少女峰的样子，实在美呆了！如果价钱能便宜点就更好了！-

Sehr freundliche Angestellte, Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden. Touristenfreundliche Nähe zum Bahnhof Interlaken-Ost mit Fernverkehr und Anschluß zur Jungfrau-Bahn (Berner Oberland-Bahn). Bad ist indiskutabel klein, minderwertige Ausstattung, Schimmelbildung in den Fliesenfugen. Kein Balkon, sondern Austritt im Sinn einer Feuertreppe

Dass es trotz dem Jodelfest innerhalb des Hauses ruhig war in der Nacht. Die Fenster mussten jedoch geschlossen bleiben, was uns nicht störte. Das Frühstückbuffet wurde stets nachgefüllt und war reichhaltig und gut.

Staff extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Très jolie chambre et décoration de l'hôtel en général. Mauvaise isolation des chambres (plancher au dessus qui grince, personne qui ronfle dans la chambre à côté)
