I liked the teapot and the possibility of a plug adapter (lausanne has electric plugs similar to UK (with 3 holes)) and free wireless the room had no view at all, was too expensive for the quality, bathroom has no air-conditioning/warming, breakfast has very limited choice of food (some of us actually prefere normal bread to croissants) |

A small cosy, clean no-nonsense family hotel. 15mins walk of central station, hill up. Not much comfort, e.g. internet fascilities. Though WiFi for free. Bit nosy surrounding on saturday night,not till late. |

Nice place, good location, and good value. Beds weren't very comfortable. Pedestrian street is nice for access, but also made for a lot of noise till the wee hours of the morning. |

Accueil très sympathique; excellente situation géographique non loin du centre historique de Lausanne. Bouilloire pour préparer thé ou café. Amabilité du personnel. Les prestations ne sont pas celles d'un 3 étoiles (plutôt une étoile en dessous) J'aurais aimé trouvé un peu de lait et un biscuit sur le plateau de bienvenue....Une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas. |

Camere pulite e confortevoli. Personale gentile, disponibile e discreto. Dei miei amici volevano riservare una camera ed hanno chiesto di tenere la prenotazione in sospeso x ca. 1 ora. Mezz'ora dopo richiamano per confermare la prenotazione e risponde un'altra persona che molto sgarbatamente gli risponde che la camera non è più disponibile. |

Die gute, ruhige Lage im Stadtzentrum, netter Blick vom Balkon in die Fußgängerzone. Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Die Wände der Zimmer müssten renoviert werden, Zimmer wirken etwas verwohnt. Insgesamt etwas altmodischer Eindruck. Beleuchtung könnte besser sein. |

J'ai apprécié cette fois encore l'emplacement au coeur du quartier commerçant de Lausanne , à deux pas de la place de la Palud ,des magasins ;L'accueil est sympathique et courtois . La chambre donnant sur cour, un peu trop sombre et bien que située au premier étage donnant l'impression d'être en rez de chaussée |

Liegt zentral. Am Empfang sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann Informationen über die Stadt und über Verkehrsmittel anfordern und man wird freundlich bedient. Einrichtung im Zimmer sehr alt und überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Hatte "nicht Raucher" gebucht und wurde mir ein Raucherzimmer zugeteilt. War sehr stinkig. Man bekommt allgemein den Eindruck, das Hotel sei nicht richtig sauber. |
