Great location for learning the town and seeing major sights. The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly.

The street noise was a bit loud late into the night

Location, in the very center of the city. Many restaurants around.

Poor breakfast. No desk for working on laptop (was there on business). Can be a bit noisy at night.

Location, quite pedestrian street, friendly receptionists and breakfast room staff. Our top-floor room had interesting beams and sloping walls. Internet was great. Close to metro. Easy to get to my work at unil- Sorge. Close to shopping and pedestrian areas for my wife.

A bit expensive. France and Germany seem more economical to visit.

The staff was excellent: helpful, kind and lovely. I had contact with 3 staff members, and all had these qualities.

I was in a non-smoking room in a smoking-floor, and my room got some smoke smells.

Wifi availability was both good and useful. Issue of transport pass (presumably available from most hotels) was extremely useful. Breakfast was quite reasonable and adequate

Switzerland can be an expensive country, so the price was high, but perhaps comparable with similar hotels.

Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Heat wave and no air conditioning in hotel so clerk gave us a small fan for our room. He also offered to bring us a few ice cubes due to heat. Hotel was in center location for shopping and night life!

Balcony opened up to people having dinner on their condo balcony so lights shone in room. Heat wave and no air conditioning so could not shut windows. Website photo showed a larger room but we had a very small room for 3 adults. Very difficult to locate hotel because the service roads looked like sidewalks. We did not use hotel for its location but for cost and ease to airport following morning. Ice cubes for those Americans would be nice especially duriing a heat wave. Very hot and we couldn't sleep.

We had a very pleasant stay,own room was nice and cosy. The staff was very kind a helpful. At breakfast we found a good choise. The hotel is perfectly situated, in a quiet pedestrian area in the center of Lausanne, but allowed by guest cars. To see Lake Geneva we only had to walk 3 minutes to arrive at the metro station. And even got a free pass for public transportation (bus and metro) this was just great! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back to this hotel.

It is just a basic hotel, with basic services and furnitures. Good 3 stars hotel but nothing more.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the old part of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, giving us internet help, restaurant advice, train schedules, etc. The room was quiet at night and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast (included) was fabulous, and the woman who prepared it was very kind and efficient and welcoming. We stayed three nights in the hotel and could have stayed longer.

A nice, clean hotel, with freindly staff, located quite close to the Lausanne- Flon metro station.

Hard to find the first time (I had to call the hotel). Lighting in hallways is not always on, and nobody mentioned the 'buttons' you need to press to turn the lights on - getting out of the lift on the 5th floor I was in complete darkness! The double bed only had a duvet for a single bed on it - ok for just me, but wouldn't have been good for a couple.

Petit déjeuner très correct. Localisation centrale (mais attention piétonne). Wifi en chambre.

Chambres très vétustes, les équipements ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du prix demandé. Il semble qu'aucune rénovation n'ait été faite depuis 30 ans.

A gentileza de todos que trabalham no hotel é impressionante. A localização é muito boa.

Os pães oferecidos no café da manhã são incompatíveis com a cidade, cheia de boulangeries.

Atendimento excelente, cordial, buscando ajudar! Café da manhã bastante simples, mas de boa qualidade, correto.

Alguns apartamentos são muito pequenos, desconfortáveis com banheiros mínimos e muito difíceis de usar se você for alto. Precisei trocar de apartamento, pagando um pouco mais, mas o atendimento para isto foi bom. Certifique-se de que apartamento está reservado para você Outra coisa, uma antiga TV de tubo de 13 polegadas é uma coisa inútil, ridícula. Melhor que não tivesse nada e não anunciassem TV nos quartos.

Sockets, too cold bathroom, too old interior design of the rooms (it felt like beginning of 90-s if not 80-s).

Ottima accoglienza e ottimo servizio a colazione. Colazione semplice, ma con tutto il necessario. Ideale posizione in centro in zona tranquilla

Interni e arredi veramente obsoleti. Corrisponderebbero ad un semplice uno/due stelle vecchio stile, ma tenuto bene. Una buona soluzione in questa fascia. Si tratta invece di un tre stelle e quindi in conclusione il prezzo è un po' elevato (ma visti i prezzi praticati a Losanna, c'é poco da scegliere...)
