It's possible to ski-in/ ski-out. The spa area is very nice. Friendly staff. The front desk staff are a bit inexperienced, it would be helpful if a more senior staff member was always on hand. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so some of the rooms are quite old and dated.

The spa area, especially the Finnish sauna in a small wooden hut outside. I didn't like that the breakfast table were allocated to the guest in advance. I was given the worst table directly at the entry (well, somebody has to get this one).

Excellent hotel, amazing spa area, nice music in the evening, free parking place, very beautiful view on mointains. I think it is the only hotel in the local area, which has Russian speaking staff on the reception which is a large plus. It is always a pleasure to speak your native language abroad. Отличный отель, русско-говорящий персонал. In the lobby of the hotel the Wi-Fi is free of charge. If you want to have Wi-Fi connection in the room, you have to pay extra.

Friendly, attentive, and efficient staff, personal attention and lovely decor make this a hotel we hope to revisit in the winter. The hotel van was there exactly on time to pick us up from the Arosa rail station. The manager personally greets each new guest. We needed a small fridge for our room and got one within minutes. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. The absence of a minibar in the new wing, where we stayed, is surprising in view of the fact that a minibar is featured as part of every room on the hotel web site. A fridge was supplied within minutes upon request.

The staff and the service were kindly and with smile. the room was clean and comfort. on Sunday the SPA just open at 13:00 we should do a check out on this day and we cann't enjoy from it at the morning!!!

Das Essen und der Service im Kachelofa-Stübli waren ein absolutes Highlight. Toll fanden wir auch, dass Mineral-wasser und Äpfel zur Verfügung standen.

gute Küche, moderne Ausstattung (neuer Trakt 2010 gebaut), Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Badezimmer für Kat. Superior ungenügend, kein Bidet oder DuschWC, solle heute in dieser Kat. vorhanden sein. WC nur mit Glastüre von der Dusche getrennt. WIFI im Zimmer nur gegen Gebühr, in jedem 2* Hotel gratis. Keine Minibar!!!

Das grosszügig gestaltete Ambiente des Hotels und die Wellnessoase. Ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket, wo auch Familien mit grossen/kleinen Kindern sich wohlfühlen. Personal: TOP! Keinerlei Kritikpunkte.

Die Lage des Hotel's direkt an der Piste. Die Möglichkeit eine sehr gute Skiausrüstung direkt im Hotel mieten zu können.Die hochprofessionelle Maîtresse de Service ( Schweizerin) im "Kachelofa-Stübli" ( haben nur in diesem Restaurant des Hausangebots gespiesen) und das sehr exakt und diskret arbeitende Hausdienstpersonal welchem die perfekte Sauberkeit zu verdanken ist. Der sichere und zuvorkommende Umgang der wenigen professionellen Angestellten des Hauses, mit uns Gästen . Die Spürbarkeit der angestrengten Lockerheit welche eine musterschülerhafte Atmosphäre erzeugt,im Gegensatz zur dann doch nicht professionellen Haltung einiger Personen. Die Lockerheit und Freundlichkeit des Personals erschien uns nicht immer authentisch. Die Professionalität des Servicepersonals ist meistens nicht vorhanden. Dieses Segment entspricht eher einem Lehrbetrieb ohne Lernbegleitung.

+ sehr schöner spabereich + gutes frühstücksbuffet (leider teilw. dosenfrüchte) - alter röhrenfernseher auf dem zimmer - internet 8.- pro tag - sehr kleine einzelzimmer, aussicht auf parkplatz - preis-leistung stimmt nicht - eher gutes 3 sterne hotel wie 4 sterne superior
