Nice breakfast, curteous staff No carpet, no A/C, no TV, heard people next door very easily. I would only recommend it for backpackers who are into "roughing it" |

The staff was wonderful, they had many helpful tips for sight seeing. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest train station out of town. Breakfast was satisfactory, the selection was limited at best. |

Good owner, Informative staff. Yet they refused dinner saying that the kitchen was closed on Wednesday. Well informed front desk on city activities and ways to get around. |

The professional attitude of the staff. The care and general concern exhibited by the owners in regards to comfort while staying at the hotel. Hotel personnel were very knowledgeable concerning local travel tips, sightseeing and daytime excursions. |

The couple that run it are incredibly helpful. It made sure we didn't waste time anywhere and got the best out of Interlaken. No phone in the room - but that may just have been our room. |

Its a good accommodation provided you are ready to walk nearly 1 km daily from city to this place. Rooms facing Mountain are splendid. A big common balcony is a good idea to give enough space but not so good for those who want privacy. Put the LCD TV at the table below to get a clearer view. View from existing place is blurred (LCD effect). A fridge in the room could be a good help (since the place is far from the meddling crowd). |

La amabilidad y atención del personal a preguntas referentes al entorno. Su dominio de los idiomas, en especial del español... ;) El entorno del hotel y su situación (teniendo vehículo propio, sino, queda algo apartado del centro...) Servicio muy básico en la habitación. Se echaba en falta: televisión, secador de pelo y gel/champú. El desayuno muy justo, poca variedad. |

Hoewel het hotel erg gezellig is met een "Willem Tel" als gastheer, die ook uitstekend engels spreekt, is het intrieur wel aan een opknapbeurt toe. De kamers zijn sober, wel goede douche en toilet, maar geen tv etc. en erg gehorig. wel wifi op de kamers beschikbaar en je kan er prima een simpele maaltijd nuttigen of aan de bar wat drinken. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het plaatsje Wilderswiel, waar je op de trein kunt stappen naar de Jungfraujoch en Eiger. (vroeg weggaan, maar dan beleef je wel een prachtige dag) Kamers zijn sober, geen tv. Redelijk aan de prijs voor een simpele kamer. |

El trato del personal y los propietarios del hotel, son encantadores La ubicación del hotel se encuentra lejos del centro de Interlaken, a unos 15 minutos andando (8 minutos por carretera de montaña + o minutos hasta el centro) |
