Waldhotel Unspunnen  

Le calme, le cadre, l'accueil comme il y en a malheureusement trop rarement ! Le côté un peu "Shining" du bâtiment !

Un peu glauque mais il faut aimer ! Le confort laisse un peu à désirer, aucune décoration dans les chambres un peu trop froid !

Friendly staff, decent price (for Interlaken!), comfortable, in the middle of a wooded area so relaxing quiet and nicely out of the way of the main town. Great scenery. By the way, if you're getting the Jungfraubahn (trains up into the mountains), it's a little nearer to walk from the hotel up to Wilderswil (15-20 mins) rather than go to Interlaken as your starting point. I think all the trains from Interlaken East go up through Wilderswil.

One thing to be aware of - the hotel is 15-20 min walk from Interlaken West station. You can get a regular bus to the entrance to the wood (and the bus is free with a card that the hotel gives you), but there is still a 5-10 min walk through the wood which isn't that well lit at night. It worked well for my purposes (just wanted to spend the days in the mountains, and relax somewhere quiet in the evening), but something to beware of if you'll be out late. You can easily get a cab though.

The location is quite far away from the railway station... We walked alomost 20 minutes from interlaken west. Better for the ones with a car.

Kindness and sense of humor of the owner and its kind and caring wife.The familiar and healthy ambiance. The beauty and the charm of the hotel, in every single details. The overwealming view to the mountains. The roomy terrace where we could be talking at night.

The hotel is not in Interlaken, although very near. During the day the distance may be covered by foot, in a few minutes you will arrive to Interlaken West (Interlaken Oost is the departing point to the mountains, namely to Jungrafujoch). At night, although, it is too dark and the road is narrow, so you must take a cab.The price is about 11 ch.

酒店离西站远且大半路是上坡路，拖着行李非常累，房间小，在高速公路旁晚上很吵，不适合背包客

酒店的员工对客人都比较亲切,另外,如果喜欢走点山路,呼吸一下新鲜空气,那这家酒店还是不错的.

Oud maar Karakteristiek hotel. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Ontbijt was simpel, dat er een eitje ontbrak vond ik wel jammer. Douche ruimte heel erg klein, afmeting 90cm bij 210cm daar zat een douche, wc en wastafel in. "voordeel" voor een grote kerel zoals ik je kunt niet omvallen in de douche.

Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns wichtige Tipps zur Reise auf das Jungfraujoch. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant hatte leider Ruhetag. Doch empfahl man uns im Hotel uns ein Restaurant neben der Bierbrauerei, welches zu Fuss in drei Minuten erreichbar ist. Dort gab es nicht nur vorzügliches Bier, sonderen auch grosse Portionen mit gutem Essen zu einem günstigen Preis. Ideal für hungerige Wanderer. Das Hotel eignet sich ideal für die Anreise per Auto. Unsere Zimmer hatten eine wunderbare Sicht auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau.

Über unseren Schlafzimmern waren Araber. Wegen Ramadan blieben diese bis 23 Uhr auf und standen um 4.45 wieder auf um ihr Essen einzunehmen und auf die erste Bahn zu gehen. Dies taten sie mit einem Riesenkrach. Der Hotelbesitzer entschuldigte sich dafür, konnte jedoch dagegen auch nicht viel unternehmen. Immerhin konnten wir so unbeabsichtigen einen wunderschönen Sonneaufgang anschauen.

freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereit bei allfälligen Ausflügen, etc., Frühstücksbuffet war o.K., Betreuerin des Frühstücksraums war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Ausschecken freundliche Verabschiedung

Einfaches Zimmer, dass nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet war. Der Holzboden im Zimmer knirscht bei jedem Schritt. Die Betten waren bequem, aber bei jedem drehen knirschte der Boden unterhalb des Bettes!!! Die Nachtruhe wurde durch laute Heimkehrer gestört, die neben unserem Zimmer nächtigten. Das Frühstückzimmer war mit billigen Plastikdecken gedeckt!
