The best thing with the hotel is its location, 2 min from the Hauptbahnhoff. Even though the staff were helpful and nice, one member did not even bother to look on the web and help me with a question re transportation. The (only cold) breakfast could be better. The hotel is an average -to low- three star hotel (based on European standards) and does not deserve the price paid. |

it is such a useful and helpful hotel for the quick visit in Zurich. it is almost in the station, very convinient. reasonable price for the location and equipement such as free wireless connection |

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the main train station in the centre of the city. The breakfast was suprisingly good. The room was too loud; impossible to open the window at night. For one or two nights this is acceptable, but for a longer stay this would be a big drawback. For a longer stay in Zürich I would choose a more expensive hotel. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. We did not have a car, so it was important to be near transportation and have restaurants and cafes to walk to. The cleanliness was very important....and they met my expectations. They were very accomodating in storing our luggage the last day we were there. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. |

Located really very close to the train station, just 100 meters to go. Convinient place for a walk to the center or entertaining areas. I'd like to have some hot dish like omlet or boiled sausages during breakfast. There were only "dry food" like sandwitches. And if You will come at 9.30 there are no more sandwaitches at all. The tram station is close to the hotel and You feel trams coming through in Your bed. |
