We liked the view of the lake and the roof top terrace. Breakfasts were nice. The rooms were comfortable with a sofa and chairs, the bathroom was large, spotlessly clean and modern. A kettle and selection of teas was provided in our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was free access to the internet in the first floor sitting/reading room. |

No parking. They have some spaces in the square but you have to book in

Good position overlooking the lake, and the Old Town behind. Right in the middle of Lugano so could be abit noisy, with major road between hotel and lake, otherwise excellebnt position. Although the hotel was adequate, the bedrooms and interior could do with painting.. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not that good, but that did not really matter as there were plenty of reasonable near by. |

The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The double room was quite sufficient, but the single room was only slightly bigger than a closet. |

That is was not modern; meaning :old television set with a very small screen,out dated furniture and matrass, a lot of noise from outside; impossible to have the television on and window open; you did not hear anything anymore, telephone calls idem:not possible with open window. |

Lovely location on the edge of the lake in a central city area, good facilities, great breakfast, helpful staff could have been warned about the street party/festival outside the hotel the night we stayed |

Great beakfast over looking Lake Lugano. And our room had a great view of the lake. Ths hotel staff was excellent- especially the daytime staff. We needed someone to translate between us and our Italian cousin- it was very helpful for us. The ac unit was difficult to adjust. |

Die Lage direkt am See ist ideal. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung in unserem Zimmer könnte etwas moderner sein. Beige/braun Töne wirken trist. |
