In front of train station --> convenient. Free internet access through LAN for superior rooms. Good customer service Room was freezing cold as even air-con at max temperature was giving cold air. Pillows too soft |

It was the perfect place for the weekend visiting the city for the first time. The location was great. Unfortunately, the menu for the Teseo restaurant that was displayed in the elevator was not available and I was looking forward to tasting some things. |

Good Internet (speed). Good location. Good room. Many electric power outlets in the room. 1. Breakfast is smaller than in other not so expensive hotels (Kipling, Jade, Epsom) 2. If you put your advertisement "Please make up my room" at the room's door - your room will be cleaned the last one. 3. If you put your advertisement "Please don't disturb" and try to sleep - somebody from reception will wake you up and asks - do you really don't need make up the room? 4. |

location, quality of service and room (very clean) Charge of phone calls even when pincode system used. 25 chf for 3 minutes call just for the use of phone (not for the call) very unproper . Consider it as pettiness.You know, in the end , that's what guests remember mostly, more than the positive experience. |

The staff were all pleasant, helpful and talented in languages. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the breakfast was well presented and extensive in choice. Imo, there was not enough shelf space for people staying more than a couple of nights. Two small drawers, no shelves and six hangers were not adequate for a five-night stay. I would recommend having pasteurised milk as an option for English guests who tend to not like uht milk in their tea. |

All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating but the hotel was a bit faded and seemed more 3 star than 4. it was ideally situated for my requirements and that was the overriding reason for choosing it. The food in the Japanese restaurant was the best I have ever eaten! It was not furnished or designed to 4 star standard and the corridors smelt of smoking. In the bathrooms there was only one set of toiletries for two people which seemed mean. The main restaurant was closed on Sunday and offered only a limited choice |

I liked the breakfast buffet and the service of the same. The concierge was very helpful with medical problem. My son found the matress a bit hard. |
