A piece of shell broke my tooth in my food, waiter didn't care and only the Guest Relations Manager made it good. Breakfast waitress (blond) was rude and tried to make us pay for coffee 3 minutes before breakfast time was over (10:30). Asked for queen bed, got two beds pushed together, forced to sleep on a single bed afterall. Room was cold despite heater full up, they had brought in electric heater, then it was ok. But the worst part was the "free to use" fitness salon called Silhouette, which was crowded, dirty, smelly, with a tiny sauna, no locks, no slippers, ie. not suitable for tourists, only regulars maybe.
It was a bit cheaper than famous 5 star hotels and they give a free pass for the length of your stay for buses, (but they did not say that it was also valid for the trains to the airport), free coffee, tea and toiletries in the room restocked every day, two bathrobes and slippers, TV many foreign channels (but only one film channel), etc. But the ONLY really good thing about this hotel was the presence of a new Guest Relations Manager called Ms. Raffaella Bastianini, who put a small bottle of wine and box of chocolates with a nice greeting card printed on my name in the room, an extra free bottle of water beyond the first day of my stay, also tried to make up for the mishap at the restaurant, and in general was very nice and very helpful. I sincerely advise everyone to check before reserving a room at that hotel, that she is still working there, otherwise, choose another hotel.
