スタッフもテキパキしており、ネット接続その他の設備も快適でした。 場所柄やむを得ないですが、他の国・町の同等のホテルに比べて値段が高い。 |

ロケーションがよかった。便利。 壁が薄すぎ。午前１時に向かいの部屋の家族がドアをドンドンノックするわ、廊下でべちゃべちゃ喋るわ、もち- ろんそれ自体はホテルのせいではありませんが、あそこまで聞こえるのは、ホテルにも今後の課題として防音対- 策を検討して欲しい。あと、となりか上の部屋のバスルームで蛇口が開かれるたびに聞こえるキィーという音に- も、睡眠をジャマされました。ただ１泊、しっかり眠るためだけに部屋をとったので、とても残念な体験。アン- ラッキーとしか言いようがありません。 |

エアコンがあるのは助かる．デスクのスタンドライトを白熱電球ではなく６０Ｗ以上の明るさに相当する蛍光灯- であればパソコン作業がもっと快適になる． ＴＶに日本語チャネルが無いのが残念．電球のワット数が小さいためか部屋がなんとなく暗い感じがする． |

18日19日の2日間泊まりましたが、2日目の宿泊費用が異常に高く驚きました。日曜日と月曜日の価格ギャ- ップがありすぎます。 |

The location to the railway station was perfect. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The check-out time of 12.00 was ideal. Food facilities (restaurant & room service) were avaliable but we did not use them. |

well situated. Extremely attentive and pleasant staff. Drinks and breakfast very expensive. Only one chair for 2 people in twin room. Had to do gymnastic to use bath plug. bathroom very small |

The location was very central and near to the train station. The air conditioning was poor, the cups provided were quite small, no hair conditioner provided and the remote control buttons for menu and movies did not work. |

Easy commute to attractions. Walkable distance to the trainstation and easy commute to the Airport. In the middle of everything. Even for water you need to pay. |

The hotel is beside the railway station, 6 mins from the airport. Its very central and gave you a Geneva Transport card for bus and tram during our stay, which made using transport very easy . The staff were quite nice. The price of the mini bar in the room. |

Very good and safe location in the city center near a train station with free trains to the airport and public transportation hub (The hotel gives free tickets for entire length of your stay). There wasn't any noise from the street in our room and we didn't see any "red light district" as some other reviews mentioned before. Room was very clean, comfortable and enough spacious. Friendly English speaking staff. Japanese restaurant, which is one of the two hotel's restaurants, has an excellent food and traditional atmosphere. If arriving after 10pm, you can get pizza in a cosy place just 5 mins walk down the Rue de Lausanne. Bathrobes have to be purchased separately and I couldn't figure out how to set the room's A/C for at least moderate heat (there was just cold air only). Internet isn't free but that's typical for Geneva anyway. |

The room was newly refurbished, and very clean. The initial check in was efficient and professional. But downhill from there with the staff! After check in, the staff were not very polite and I had to wait for a long time each time I needed anything from reception, late check out, car park card etc |

Its close proximity to the Gare Cornavin makes it a convenient place in terms of reaching everywhere around Geneve.Besides, it is very vell locate in the city. During my stay ( 7.9.2009 - 10.9.2009 ),I used the room 301. Passing through the entrance door of the room with luggages was extremely diffcult because, its door has a width of almost 65 cm which is out of standards ( which made me hardly think of I'm in Switzerland! ). More dissappointing than this was the hotel charged the normal price of the room... |

Good location right across from the train station. Helpful staff. Internet included in room rate. Too expensive. There was no on-site fitness center. Internet connection socket in the room was broken. |
