駅に近い。 ジュネーブにしては値段相応の綺麗さ。

スタッフの態度が冷たい。 周辺施設のことを訊いても、そっけない。 悪く言えば「お高くとまっている」感あり。 最初にチップをきちんと払っておけば、少しは態度が変わったかもしれない。 正直言って、近くに同等のホテルがあれば、少しくらい高くても そちらを選ぶ。

Hotel Warwickに10日宿泊後、2日間他の国に出張し、再度Hotel Warwickに2泊するためチェックインした際、最上階のグレードの高い部屋を準備してくれていた（料金- は当初と変更なし）。15日間の長い出張の後半にとてもありがたたく快適に過ごすことができた。

Good location , in front of the train staition . Comfortable bed and room with big window . Clean and neat bathroom. Good staff.

Expensive breakfast which doesn't includ in the room rate .

The noise of the street too much and the hotel not have unti-noise window system.

The size of the room was sufficient for us and our children. The doormen were friendly and helpful.

I did not like: 1) being given only one Geneva bus pass, although I told staff that I had a family. 2) the sofa bed not being prepared, on the basis that staff mistakenly did not realize that there were children in the room (although this was stated in the booking). 3) when told at 9pm that the sofa bed was not prepared, staff said they could only send someone with linen at 1030pm, past our bed time. 4) no duvet was provided for the sofa bed, only sheets and two blankets (bed's occupants were cold). 5) the system for giving passwords for WIFI did not work (same on our previous visit there) which required a special password sent by doorman. 6) although a "junior penthouse suite", the amenities were weak:instant coffee, tiny hair dryer, only one chair in room, etc.

Location, service, great customer care, comfortable rooms, clean

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I look forward to visiting again.

The location. It's near to the train station.

1. Breakfast is expensive. You can get a similar but better one at half the price outside. 2. I had stayed there for 2 nights and my room door was knocked consecutively twice in the early morning without my consent. The first morning someone knocked for a few seconds and then straight away opened it. It was lucky that I'd locked my door with the chain from inside.

Met expectations fully. Proximity to Cornavin rail station and airport trains.

-Location was very nice, close to train station, shopping places, mall. -Room very comfortable and super clean. -Room Service Staff were very fast.

- Reception staff had poor quality on working and they were very impolite. - While checking in no one helped us with the luggage although the bellman was standing in front of us.

The rooms that we stayed in were nicely maintained, staff of the hotel were courteous, and it is very convenient for sight seeing in Geneva if you have small kids or elder people as the tram station is just opposite the hotel. It is also easy for us to hop into a train to travel to other parts of Switzerland. Definitely a good location for a hotel.

The only down side of the hotel is that it has very small lifts that can carry not more than 4 people in bulky winter clothings.
