The rooms are very nice,everything is new and shiny.The staff is quite friendly and helpful, the location is excellent,a few steps from the train station. It was quite cold during the night and there was no way of turning the heating on/off.

it was by Geneva lake and very beautiful, they changed my room easily when I asked, the staff were friendly and fun, the location by the station was perfect. the air conditioning was throwing out hot air on a hot day and could not be turned off. no big deal, just opened the window.

Good location to railway station and local attractions. Bad smell in the bar area ie drains also quite a bit of noise from late night revellers but overall fine.

proximity to railway station 1. Instead of a nice aromatherapy smell the choice of the deodirier was similar to the ones used in toilets. 2. The choice of the brown carpets on the floor corridors is really uninviting. 3. The hotel fittings and arrangelemtns are not appealing to guests. 4. The windows in the rooms were so large that you either had a large opening or nothing. 5. The noise is unbearable from the traffic.

Nice hotel staff friendly Location was awful I have been to a lot of places in the world but never expected to feel nervous. Pick pockets, drugs, drunks etc . Geneva has changed a lot it is very expensive but not a great place anymore . I feel safer in London

excelent location!!! the hotel is very close to central station making it pies a cake to reach anything. free geneva city transport pass for the whole stay - very convinient. quiet rooms, nice staff, excelent breakfast. the business centre computers are working, but old + the internet in the business centre is not for free, even for printing boarding pass...

Service - staff very helpful - delicious breakfast Noisy! Both the sound from the street (which I guess is logical), but mostly from the neighbours' bathroom, which is not. Very unpleasant way to wake up.

I liked the Hotel Warwick very much, it was everything I hoped for in my stay in Geneva. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were warm and comfortable. I would certainly stay there again. The Hotel was central to everything I wanted to do. There is nothing specific that I did not like.
