The hotel has a high standard and beautiful views of the Zurich Lake. It is well suited to those who wish to remain for several days while visiting the area. The hotel was very difficult to find because the street shown on booking.com is not where the hotel is located. The staff had no explanation, but seemed a little annoyed that we had difficulty. Finally, one staff member had to drive to meet us in town. |

The goumet meals at great prices, the hospitality, we have never come across such incredible people at a guest house. Nothing was too much for them always ready to accomodate any questions or problem we may have had.The room service was to perfection, Anna-Marie the owner/hostess was an incredible friendly lady,as were all the staff..... We would recommend this guest house to everyone...The centre of Rapperswil is a beautiful 20min walk fron the Weinhalde with everything you would expect in the centre of Zurich...I will return for sure. Gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Beim Frühstück gab es frisch gebackenes Brot und frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Mein Zimmer, unterm Dach war sehr warm, durch die Sonneneinstrahlung. Sehr kleine Fenster zum lüften. Mir wurden die nassen Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht, erst als ich beim Empfang eine freundliche Beschwerde darüber los wurde, gab eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin mir ein neues. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders reichhaltig, für ein Ei am Morgen musste ich 6,50 Franken nachzahlen. Für ein Haus dieser Preiskategorie ist das lächerlich. |

Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr schön und reichhaltig. Und ein zusätzlich bestelltes Frühstücksei wurde sofort gemacht. Wie fast in allen Hotels ist es zu war. Und das Fenster wollte ich nicht die ganze Nacht offen lassen. |
