The cozy Hotel Weisses Kreuz offers you a great central location in Brienz, in the immediate vicinity of the train station and the pier. Enjoy charming rooms and fine Swiss cuisine. If the weather is good, you can have breakfast (buffet) on the terrace. If you are into playing music, there is a piano at your disposal. Traditional Swiss food is served on the terrace or in the cozy restaurant of the Weisses Kreuz hotel. During summer season you can enjoy special themed evenings. The restaurant is available for meetings, family parties and groups of up to 100 people. Helpful staff and a complimentary breakfast beyond our expectations with ocean views. Bed was a bit short. Location is on the remote side. Shared bathroom of certain rooms is a hassle, but we were the only ones there so it was fine.

Location near the Brienzer Rothorn. There was a very big discrepancy in room quality which was not reflected in the price of the room. Our friends had an updated bath and room with balcony and view of the lake, while we had a very old and worn-out bath in an un-renovated room facing the steam train with no balcony. (Watching the trains come and go was enjoyable, though) We all remarked that they were either charged too little or we were charged too much. Overall, not a good impression of room pricing.

One of the breakfast staff in particular was very attentive and had an ongoing joke with us which was a good start to the day. Parking behind the hotel good. Easy access for disabled. Location was good in as much as it was close to steamer port, train and bus station and Rothorn train. However it was also on main road which was very noisy and you could hear the level crossing warning bells and trains til about 1 am. Then at 6am delivery vans seemed to arrive at the hotel or next door Coop. Thursday morning the street cleaners were there before 6am. Rooms at back would be quieter but then you don't get the view from the balcony.

Its proximity to recreational areas and local attractions. At CHf 150.00 per night, this is too expensive for the area. If the price goes any higher, it will be greed and nothing else. Some of the staff should have been taught the basics of service before letting them loose on the customers.

La proximité de la station et des gares Ne parle pas un mot de français !! Le peu de souplesse du personnel impossible de rassembler les deux matelas (lits séparés ).petit déjeuner !!il est préférable de venir le prendre avant 9h jambon,salami,fromage pas frais resté une tranche de chaque sous une feuille de salade!!!! Bircher sans fruits peu de choix!!!

Poměr cena - výkon, pokoje se společnou sprchou jsme si vybrali vědomě kvůli poloviční ceně. O jednu sprchu se i tak dělí jen obyvatelé dvou pokojů, takže na kratší sportovní pobyt to určitě není problém.

这是行程准备中灵光乍现的住宿安排。要坐黄金快线，但没有选择住在因特拉肯或者卢塞恩，也没有选择米伦、文- 根、劳特布鲁嫩等有名的地方，而是选择了布里恩茨这个小地方，因为我觉得湖边的景色会更好。果然不出所料，- 这个地方太棒了，是享受山川美景的好地方。 虽然位置很棒，但是这家旅馆还是比较简陋的。我们住在一个类似尖顶阁楼的地方。不过服务员的服务特别好，提- 前打包早餐，主动提供热开水，讲解的很细致，还要我们留意行李安全。

Lage war super, preis war gut, personal freundlich , sehr sauber... Das Frühstück war miserabel....als wir um 8.30 platz nahmen war noch kein Brot da, für Konfiture mussten wir fragen und das müesli war von gestern und nicht mal frisch aufgerührt...ein riesen haferflockenklumpen. Der Fernseher war so klein und ohne Fernbedienung dass besser keiner da wäre, man sieht nämlich nichts, weil er auf einem regal in der Höhe oben montiert ist....

Die günstige Preiss was am internet angeboten haben, wesentlich inhaltslosser als andere Hotels in diesen Region. Wir haben eine günstige Zimmer gebucht, aber war überraschend, dass zu 2 Zimmer eine WC und eine Duschbad gehören hat. Aufmerksam, Bed&Dreakfast bedeutet dass. Wir wollten 2 Nächte hier machen, wir haben aber nach einem Nacht weiter gegangen, got sei Dank!

L'hotel è in ottima posizione, sul lungolago di Brienz e facilmente raggiungibile da Meiringen o Interlaken. Le parti comuni della struttura sono ben curate, con ottimo ristorante annesso, così come ben curate sono le camere. Molto cortese il personale. Non parla italiano, è di lingua tedesca, ma sembra ben comprenderlo (è pur sempre una lingua nazionale svizzera); comunque con il solito inglese o il francese non ci sono mai problemi. Ottima la colazione (fantastici I formaggi). Avendo una camera sul retro eravamo vicini alla stazione della ferrovia a cremagliera ma questo non ci ha mai creato particolari problemi con il rumore. Unico piccolo neo: è praticamente impossibile collegarsi ad internet con il wi fi nelle camere. Prezzi "svizzeri" ma sicuramente consigliato.

La semplicità e la funzionalità della struttura. Scelta per raggiungere comodamente il giorno successivo il Ballenberg. Vista lago e vista montagne. Staff OK: disponibile, professionale e cordiale. Vale assolutamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona colazione.

la gentillesse du personnel le manque de toilette et douche dans la chambre on a pas vu dans la reservation et surtout les portes à l'étages font toutes du bruit elles ont du jeu se ferme mal et bouge avec les courants d'ait dérangé toute la nuit et matin au réveil

L'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas extraordinaire, mais correcte, dans une salle avec une belle vue sur le lac et la salle à manger était agréable. La chambre n'était pas particulièrement confortable ou élégante (sanitaires séparés, sol dallé et froid, peu de place), mais à 65.- par personne, c'est le meilleur marché dans la région. Si on aime les chambres un peu plus cosy, ça vaut peut-être la peine de mettre plus.
