The hotel position very handy for both railway stations and of course the the shops (for the ladies) The only thing that down graded your comfort ? was the fact that there was only one easy chair in the room and only one mirror. |

Receptionist Peter very charming and polite. All the personnel extremely friendly and helpfull. (Professional) The rooms are very spacious and luxurios. Near trains and busses. The food are devine. I would recommend this hotel to all people Yes, I did not want to leave!!!!!! |

Very good rooms and right in the middle of the city. I think the hotel staff's attitude could definitely improve. It lacked a lot in common courtesy. |

Its poximity to the train station, shopping area. Basically it is very centrically located hotel in Interlaken. Yes, we were a couple but the hotel was not having any double bed, Leave alone double bed it was not having even double blanket, which is not a suitable thing for any couple. |

The hotel staff were excellent and so helpful regarding day trip and things to see around Interlaken. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is extremely close to Interlaken West train station which made arriving and leaving Interlaken very easy. The restaurant downstairs is awful. |

Nice location which is not far away from Interlaken West station, while room is much larger than normal. Breakfast is quite nice, super good. Host is nice to us and could give some suggestions on places of interest. |
