The Welcome Inn enjoys a central location in Kloten, half a mile from Zurich Airport. It offers a free airport shuttle, free wired internet in the rooms, and free parking during the stay. Many shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Kloten Train Station is 800 ft away. The train to Zurich takes 15 minutes. We needed a quality hotel near the airport for an overnight layover. Welcome Inn was reasonably priced vs. Other airport locations. The hotel was "euro chic" comfortable, quiet , with a lovely breakfast and bar, wifi and an easy shuttle. The train to downtown Zurich was steps away, making a quick trip to downtown Zurich easy! Would highly recommend this hotel!

This was very clean and plain. Shuttle service was excellent. There was really nothing outstanding to say about the hotel. We were there only for an overnight, waiting to catch another plane enroute to our trip home early next day.

Pick up and drop off at the airport was done twice an hour, no calling. Very punctual. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Luggage carts handy. Fast elevators. Spacious and quiet rooms. Food on premises. Easy walking to other eateries and shopping.

Good location near the airport, complimentary shuttle, close to local railway station, nice village easy walking to several cafe's, and a super bakery, we even had an early supper there, very reasonable compared to Zurich.

It is nearby airport. Nobody could tell me the password for WiFi. There are two computer with free Internet at the ground floor near reception desk, but this is not always comfortably.

Close to the airport and fast pick up & drop. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Large window with clear open view. Free internet. Good freindly staff. Have stayed in many airport hotels in Zurich but this one is definitely the best value for money. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Clean & spacious room & bathroom.Efficient courtesy transport to & from the nearby airport.(Which is also walkable if travelling light.) Choice of hot & cold buffet breakfast.2 Restaurants at the hotel with others nearby in the town. Close to Kloten railway station giving access to the rail network

Convenient for the airport. 24 hour reception I really like to settle my bill on the night before an early morning start (I don't like to take up time in the morning), but this seemed to be difficult to arrange. Not very important - but any easy thing to fix!

This was my 7th stay at The Welcome Inn, I like the location, comfort, friendly staff and convenient location with free shuttle bus to the airport. I really did not consider staying anywhere else, and automatically booked this hotel. The only criticism is that smoking is allowed in the bar.

We have used the Welcome before and as usual the rooms were 1st class. Clean, comfortable, warm. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The location of the hoetel is excellent for our purposes as it is close to the airport. We will not hesitate to use the Welcome again in 2013 We had absolutly no problems with the hotel

We only stayed the one night using the hotel as a stopover before a flight. We chose it for the free airport shuttle service which I must say was fast, efficient & so convenient. The room was clean, warm & comfortable, with simple functional furnishings. The wifi was good which was most important for us. The check-in process has been streamlined nicely & it only took us a few minutes to get from the shuttle bus to our room, very efficient. The bathroom was on the smallish side but the separate wc allowed for best use of space. Would recommend this hotel & we met other people on the bus who were regulars using the hotel every year on their way to snowfields in the area.
