Comfort, big spacious room!

For three nights they did not change a sheets! For that money I would prefer clean bed every night

Excellent location, 5 minutes from Zurich Airport and a few minutes from the train station. Friendly stuff.

The warm welcome and help of the lovely staff at the reception. The spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and refreshing shower. Large bathrooms with ample number of towels. Safe present in hotel room.

The hotel is located near many restuarants, train station and on a quite hill. The staff is friendly, and the hotel provides transport to/from airport.

The restuarant staff is loud and obnoxious. The pernight suddenly went up to 179 SF on Monday (16 April) from 100 SF per night on Sunday.

Lovely light filled spacious room. Separate toilet / powder room from bathroom is bonus. Staff were very helpful. Love the complimentary tea, coffee and apples.

Bed was a soft, mattress worn out I think.

Haven't found a bus at the due time so walked by foot, but it wasn't that long

I really liked the location to the airport. I spent one night and got on the airport shuttle in the morning. The drivers were very nice and helpful.

I could not get wifi in my room.I Asked the staff if it was possible to move to another room and they said the hotel was booked that evening. I had to go down to the end of the hallway to use the internet. They were nice about it but I was expecting to use this service in the comfort of my room.

Friendliness, cleanliness, helpful and close to airport. Ideal for transit passengers, like me. Bathroom is small but very clean and complete. If I had stayed longer, I would have had discovered more interesting descriptions

No porter/concierge to carry luggage. Very much needed when one has more than one luggage.

The bed was quite hard, but I am used to a very soft mattress. Also, you must use the key to get out the room and it wasn't very easy to open the door. Seemed a bit like a fire hazard.

The hotel was good. They offer good value for money for Zurich. Free coffee or juice in the morning when checking-out.

Careful, the rooms do not automatically lock. You have to lock the door using the key if you leave or for security when you are in the room. I felt the hotel was farther from the hotel than advertised, and the free shuttle bus stops at another hotel on the way to and from the airport. It was not a problem early in the morning or late at night, but in traffic it might make a difference to get to the airport on time.
