Food was of a good quality although expensive Smoking in all areas - the place stank like an ashtray and was most offensive to have smokers around you in the restaurant. |

Convenient location close to the airport of Zurich. There is free scheduled bus service between the airport and the hotel. The room was a bit old-fashioned though fine for just a night. |

Clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Excellent staff and frequent van connections to the Zurich airport. Television programming carried small segments of uncensored hard core pornography (promoting in-room pay movies) and would be entirely unsuitable for families with children. In fact, it appeared to be pretty disgusting fare for most guests and was hard to avoid being in the middle of the channel range without appropriate censorship.. For this reason only,.I would not recommend this hotel to families with children. |

The hotel is in a perfect location for Airport customer, the people here are very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is a very good 3 star Hotel with all the comfort of an Airport Hotel. The bed is for my taste too hard |

We enjoyed the proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle. It is also located near the train which takes you right into the centre of Zurich. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on a short stay and the room was adequate for our requirements. The Zurich airport is close by and the hotel runs its own very regular bus service to there free of charge. The train station is nearby so you can easily access Zurich city. No complaints |

I ordered a wake up call for 7.30 a.m. and they forgot. Woke up at 8.20 and had 10 minutes to pack, pay etc. until the bus left. Not impressed. |

This hotel is well located to the Zurich airport, and has a good limo pickup/dropoff service to the airport. It is an excellent location for the night before a morning flight. The only negative is the high price for the hotel--especially in view of the weak dollar. Relative to other Swiss hotels, however, it is a good value. |

Convenient for Zurich airport Rooms poorly ventilated with very loud airconditioning fan. Hot and sticky in the room and bed made worse by rubberised under sheet. |

good bed and all the convenience I needed for the short stay couldn't plug in and charge my laptop. The sockets didn't seem to accept european plugs (the plugs are somewhat different in Switzerland) |

Their Staff were very helpful, the rooms are have a good size, it has a free shuttle to tha airport, and the check out was very fast. It served my needs however it is far from downtown. |

The employees at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and provided the expected standards. The room and furniture locked heavily used and it smelled a bit fusty. Yet, since we only slept there and price was good it was acceptable. |

Although we were very close to the airport we did not hear a single plane.The hotel is not directly in flightpath and front facing rooms face away from airport. There was a very smokey atmosphere in reception area.The bar was also smokey even though they had two large ceiling fans on. |

very friendly check in staff at night but not as friendly in the morning. Price was the only thing that should be adjusted down as this is expensive compared to other hotels in other countries but then this is where all the banks are! Generally happy to use this hotel again |
