It was strange how you decided room rates. I can understand weekday & weekend rates but to have different rates for weeknights when the room is reserved at one time is odd

Everything. From the large rooms and nicely appointed baths to the breakfasts. Staff was a excellent. All were friendly and helpful. Close to everything. A five minute walk to the train station. Good restaurants around.

Not enough hangars in the closets. Street noise was high. Maids were noisy in the morning--next to our room was a supply closet. Elevators were a little noisy. We needed extra towels and had to ask each day.

The location is great - it is in the old town and you can walk to Bahnhofstrasse in 5 minutes. The hotel is rather small. The rooms are clean. We took a Junior Suite and it was quite spacious. It has an i-pad in the room with free wi-fi. It is certainly not a luxury hotel, but good value for money for Zurich.

Your windows are almost facing the windows of the neighboring buildings -they are very close to each other. The breakfast was rather poor. If you come for breakfast after 9 a.m. you will hardly find anything to eat (officially it is available till 10 am). The bathroom could be a bit bigger.

People at the reception desk are very nice. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main train station and there are many restaurants in that area.

The room is very small and so is the elevator. Maybe that's a common disadvantage for most hotels located in city centre of Zuerich.

The hotel has a perfect location facing Niederdorfstrasse - ever busy cool street with numerous Cafe's and bars.

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. You get a warm welcome feel. Rooms are nice and they provide Ipad in each room.It has an excellent location- right at the centre.

The most noise in any hotel that I have ever stayed in. Impossible to get rest either in the day or night time.

Free Breakfast.

We booked for a Quadruple Room which state here as for 4 PP. So we expecting for 4single bed or at lease 2 big bed. But what we got were 2 single and 2 extra bed. And even we were there at 10:00PM. But we still need to wait for them to setting a 2 extra bed. At that time we were very tried and need to be relax. So we very disappointing.

They want to charge me 400 f panalty for two nights when I smoked in the room while is not mentioned when I reserve it.i totally refused such tricks.the 2nd thing I ordered taxi and they informed me after 15 minutes after the taxi arrived which cost me 33 f extra and that type of tricks. The room is small compare with the price.the hotel is 4 stars while it is small and 2 stars is enough for it the breakfast is little and most things available is finished and not recovered..
