Great location and staff. Updated rooms are very comfortable.

A little difficult to walk from train station.

The bed matrassess were very uncomfortable. My back was suffering all day long.

Single room spacious and clean, soundproof, nice location in the old town, close to restaurant and walking facilities, 3 stops from central station

Reception and general appearance of entrance is poor and small, no sharing spaces. Breakfast was below expectations and minimal for a 4*

The bedroom solid floors,are without proper soundproof underlay,hence a riverdance performance from overhead residents,the workmanship standard of a of a handy man--No handgrip rail in a very high level shower cubicle,the new dust collecting bed headboard-bad idea,,The makeshift breakfast room-no food safety standards in presentation-The commercial coffee is left to stew on an out of date pourover hotplate Then put in your serving pot,Generally a very high priced hotel with the standards of a backpackers hostel--VERY very poor hotel standard

Very good location close to all main attractions and banhofstrasse the main shopping area. Breakfast was fair and served at the coffee shop next to the hotel.

Fairly small room in relation to price. Access by car quite tricky since the hotel is on a pedestrian area.

Filthy carpet in room. No control over heating. Raucous bar with smoking.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, com vários restaurantes próximos e a poucos metros de vários pontos turísticos.

Os carpetes são antigos, podem piorar rinite ou asma.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und ist fussläufig in rund 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Unserer Meinung nach ist das Hotel zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen einzuordnen. Ein reines 4 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht. Der Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche und die teilweise notwendigen Ausbesserungsarbeiten im Badezimmer meiner Schwester sind eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Aufgrund der allgemein hohen Preise in Zürich ist jedoch der Preis für das Hotel noch akzeptabel.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Исключительно удобное расположение в 5-ти минутах находится вокзал и Банхофштрассе. Вежливый и готовый помочь персонал. Безлимитный интернет. Отличный завтрак в отремонтированной breakfest room. В номерах все батареи оборудованы терморегуляторами, что позволяет самому регулировать температуру. Всем рекомендую комнаты с окнами во двор, т.к. в феврале в Цюрихе карнавалы и на улицах стоит ужасный шум из криков, звуков, барабанного боя и проч.

sehr schönes, sauberes, ruiges und grosses Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut. Die Exzellente Lage ist noch zu erwähnen.

Zuerst einmal die Freundlichkeit und der Charme der Damen an der Rezeption. üBerraschung und Freude über die Größe und Gemütlichkeit des Zimmers. Hotel ist im Zentrum gelegen, und dennoch gibt es herrliche Ruhe. Die Aussicht von den Fenstern auf die "Altstadt-Landschaft" fand ich faszinierend. Restaurants, Shops und interessante Gebäude sind in nächster Nähe. Und auch das Reinigungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich.

Eigentlich fällt mir nichts ein. Wenn es von der Architektur her ginge, wären mehr Abstellflächen im Bad von Vorteil. Aber alles kann man halt nicht haben, es ist ohnehin nahezu alles da!
