Se encuentra en el casco antiguo de la ciudad, a solo unos pasos de la catedral, rodeado de bares y terrazas muy animados, bastante cerca tambien de la estacion. Las habitaciones totalmente equipadas, con ordenador portatil incluido.

La conexion a internet no llegaba bien a algunas habitaciones y habia que salirse con el portatil al descansillo del ascensor. Bastante caro, pero en la media de Zurich.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación dentro de Zurich, está cerca de la estación central de trenes y en el centro de una zona de compras y restaurantes, en el centro del a ciudad,la ubicación es inmejorable.

La habitación abuhardillada, pequeña pero al detalle, muy bonita. El cuarto de baño completo, grande. Buena calefacción, el desayuno gran variedad y buena calidad. Aunque al principio nos pareció demasiado pequeñito el hotel, merece la pena por todo lo comentado anteriormente y la buena ubicación del hotel.

Room was close to staircase and lift so it was a bit noisy in daytime.

I liked the proximity to the city. The hotel is in a perfect place, right in the hub of Zurich. There are many restaurants and bars within moments walking. The shopping district is only a 5/10 minute walk over the river. The staff at the hotel were very professional and friendly.

The heat in the room was unbearable and there was no way to turn the heating off. If I left the window open the sounds in the streets below were too loud. Sleep was difficult.

The was noice from the street in the room, where I stayed, despite the fact that the hotel is located in the heart of the old town. All central destinations are reachable by foot.

The room was spacious and well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were even given an upgrade without us requesting. Very much appreciated.

The breakfast was not sufficiently varied, considering the expense of the hotel, and if one does not go early there is even less to chose from, ex. bread and cold cuts.

It's close to center, everything is close by

I booked a double room and got a single room, when complaining they said that the info on the website was old and needed to change. First I asked several times for compensation and was ignored, Second they still haven't changed the website (if it was true at all!!)
