内部は近代的でスマート．部屋は広くて清潔でゆっくりくつろげました．朝食のパンは種類が多くとてもおいし- かった． 繁華街の中心にあり，宿泊したのが週末だったためか深夜まで音楽や人の声が賑やかでした．窓がしっかりして- おり音はあまり聞こえてきませんが，少し気になりました． |

狭い部屋ですが、快適さを求める旅行者が必要とするものは、全て部屋に揃っていました。熱いお湯、スリッパ- 、冷蔵庫、ホットポット、エアコン、各種グラス、ルームサービス、英語表記・・・。安心して、かつ、非常に- 快適に過ごせました。 |

上記の「良い]は素晴らしいに近い。早朝の出発のとき、朝食を５時にルームサービスしてくれました。これは- 初めての経験で、トテモ嬉しかったです。 部屋の窓が開いていた、閉めなければ、誰かに侵入されるかもしれないと思った。窓の外がテラスで、夜話し声- が聞こえたので良く見たら人が談笑していた。こちらは知らなかったので、薄いカーテンで夜なので明かりをつ- けていた。中が見えていたのが分かりトテモ恥ずかしかった。裸でなくて良かった。 |

特にないが、部屋のお風呂が、バスタブか、シャワーのみかをネットで判別して選択できるのか？ 義弟夫婦の部屋がシャワーのみで、確認しそこなったのだろうか。 私自身はゲストレビューは見ていません。義弟は見て選んだはずです。 |

清潔で快適。湯沸かし器やティーバック、コーヒーのサービスや気遣いが感じられてとても気持ちよく過ごせた- 。朝食場所も明るくてサービスは良いし、豊富でおいしく素晴らしかった。 フロントの方は親切。日によって人が替わるが、たまに面倒くさそうに対応する人がいた。 |

It is a friendlly, stylish hotel in a great location. For more character than a big faceless interrnational hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has the services needed on business - essentailly a decent desk and high speed internet. Quiet and historic location with an ambience that one looks forward to returning to at the end of the day. The breakfast is limited - ok for a couple of days, but some variation would go down well for longer. |

I liked the proximity to the city. The hotel is in a perfect place, right in the hub of Zurich. There are many restaurants and bars within moments walking. The shopping district is only a 5/10 minute walk over the river. The staff at the hotel were very professional and friendly. The heat in the room was unbearable and there was no way to turn the heating off. If I left the window open the sounds in the streets below were too loud. Sleep was difficult. |

The room was spacious and well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were even given an upgrade without us requesting. Very much appreciated. The breakfast was not sufficiently varied, considering the expense of the hotel, and if one does not go early there is even less to chose from, ex. bread and cold cuts. |
