Bra läge i trevliga omgivningar. Vänlig personal. Det var mycket varmt utomhus. Och på rummet. Saknar luftkonditionering. Och en liten sak till: Vare sig på rummet eller i frukostmatsalen fanns vanligt té - English breakfast black tea - bland alla fåniga påsar av ört- och kryddteer. |

Närhet till shopping och matställen .En bra och fräsch frukost,trevlig personal.Fanns vad man behöver för badrummet. |

It is a friendlly, stylish hotel in a great location. For more character than a big faceless interrnational hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has the services needed on business - essentailly a decent desk and high speed internet. Quiet and historic location with an ambience that one looks forward to returning to at the end of the day. The breakfast is limited - ok for a couple of days, but some variation would go down well for longer. |

I liked the proximity to the city. The hotel is in a perfect place, right in the hub of Zurich. There are many restaurants and bars within moments walking. The shopping district is only a 5/10 minute walk over the river. The staff at the hotel were very professional and friendly. The heat in the room was unbearable and there was no way to turn the heating off. If I left the window open the sounds in the streets below were too loud. Sleep was difficult. |

The was noice from the street in the room, where I stayed, despite the fact that the hotel is located in the heart of the old town. All central destinations are reachable by foot. |

Good quality for the price (we are in Zurich) Big room, good breakfast Clean room Nice situation Ask for a room behind if you want to be quiet in other cases you are on niederdorf street with a lot of bars and restaurants. No air conditionny Staff not very polite (the receptionist stick out one's tongue at the phone) |

The room was spacious and well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were even given an upgrade without us requesting. Very much appreciated. The breakfast was not sufficiently varied, considering the expense of the hotel, and if one does not go early there is even less to chose from, ex. bread and cold cuts. |

It's close to center, everything is close by I booked a double room and got a single room, when complaining they said that the info on the website was old and needed to change. First I asked several times for compensation and was ignored, Second they still haven't changed the website (if it was true at all!!) |

The breakfast is wonderful, the terrace where they hold the breakfast is beautiful, the location is very convenient horrible attitudes from the hotel staff (very rude and not friendly most of the time), also not familiar with any restaurant/shops/entertainment around this area, every time we ask a question of the hotel staff, they don't know; the room too small, very loud in the evening from the street, no air conditioning, shabby lobby |

'We liked the proximity to the old city, shops, and restaurants. No air conditioning, which mad for an uncomfortable stay. Off season the room would be fine, I am sure. |

central location, size of bedroom generally overpriced... low quality of breakfast (with extras paid), wireless net paid and only one laptop access in the breakfast room, insects in the room, no air conditioning, only one bottle of water for free (in 4 days), terrible "nouveau riche" decoration... should have only three stars, certainly not four superior... |
