It was very comfortable offering a lovely bath and great views of the Matterhorn. Brfeakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful. It was the most comfortable hotel of our 14 night stay in Switzerland as we were walking the Haute Route. |

The view was fantastic from our window and private garden, The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quaint and cozy. There was a whole kitchen, but no silverware to eat with or cook with. Strange. |

We could see beautiful Matterhorn from our balcony and restaurant. It was same as pictures on booking.com web site! Some equipments are little bit old but room is clean and bedclothes are very fine. |

They have good breakfast, kind personnel and a nice room available for all guests aside of the reception. The water in the shower was changing from too cold to too hot too often. A more stable temperature would do! |

Having a room with a terrace directly at seeing Matterhorn, what;s not too like ? I could sit in my bed at night and see the impressive summit. Good location, just 5-7 minutes walking from the train station. |

fantastic view from rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staffs, not rich but well organized facilities, value for money, I want to stay again in future.... nothing, actually we had a big suitcase and it is a bit hard to bring it up to the hotel room, but I don't care. |

Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Amazing views of the Matterhorn! One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Not the hotel for you if you have difficulty walking a lot, or walking uphill. |

Excellent management, efficient service, and very friendly staff. Nice breakfasts, comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Lovely garden with patios, tables and chairs, affording great views of the Matterhorn. Very charming Swiss hotel with a relaxed atmosphere!!! Great location! Loved everything! |

What a view! You can sit on your bed or balcony and look out onto the Matterhorn, stunning! The hotel is quite small, with relatively few rooms, so the service and atmosphere feels very cozy and personal. Breakfast was very good! Walking distance from the train station. |

It is really grate hotel! Very-very nice, good located (near the city center, but on a small hill), first line to the road (not so high), to mountain river and the most important - to fantastic view to the Matterhorn!! Good breakfast. Staff is very polite and nice. Quiet. In the morning you feel marvelous smell of grass and herbs, hear the sound of the mountain river and see the Matterhorn in all its beauty - its a dream!!! I’ve changed cities and hotels every day during a week in Switzerland, and believe me – this hotel and especially Zermatt with surrounding mountains themselves were the best I’ve seen in this country! It’s my warm-hearted advice to all to visit this fantastic town and this hotel! A half of staff doesn’t speak English at all. No ramp to the entrance (you have to bring your luggage by yourself (nobody helps you) by high and quite a long steps), no elevator inside and nobody helps you with your bags inside as well as outside. No staff on the reception. You have to call and wait ad infinitum. I think it’s a strange request to leave shoes in the hallways. For the money they ask they should vacuum the carpets every day. |

For just two more euros, much more comfortable than Hotel Primavera. This hotel felt more like a four-star establishment than the three stars that it was given. Very nice breakfast. During the off-season, the reception was never manned. For my entire stay at the hotel, there was a cordless phone at the reception desk with a note telling you to call a number if you needed something. I arrived at 4pm (a seemingly reasonable hour), and I ended up having to wait for one of the cleaning ladies to come and check me in. When it came time to check out (at around 10:00), I ended up simply leaving my key behind the desk with a note. Other than that, I was a bit peeved at the signs on the doors telling guests to leave their shoes in the hallways. At 90 euros/night I would have thought that they would at least have the courtesy to vacuum the carpets... |

It was homy. I like the decoration and the furnishing. The hotel provides good breakfast and teabags in room. The location - up hill - is great to view Matterhorn. The wooden wall cannot hide noise upstairs / from neighbor room. And the TV as accidentally programmed to broadcast at midnight before we moved in. It awoke us up in the middle of sleep and was a terrible experience. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich!!! Und es ist ein sehr süsses Hotel am Berg. Sehr nah am Geschehen und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Direktwahl und Weiterleitung eines Telefongespräches auf mein Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, es war 21 Uhr Abends. |
