The room was value for money and the hotel staff were amazingly helpful. in addition the hotel was well located for my work in the city. there is a bar downstairs and the room assigned to me was on the stairs which was noisy between 2 and 3 am in the morning. |

The hotel isn't a conference hotel.. It is a "night local", full with call girls, the street, where the hotel located is, is full with "red-lamp" houses... :( The hotel bar is a discothek, music was over night. |

Do not go here if you are a non-smoker. It was like being in a room with a smoker. The noise from the bar kept me up until 4 am! For 'heart of Basel's night life', read 'heart of the red-light district.' It was not pleasant encountering prostitutes in the lift! |

Ease of check in and out, the hospitality of the staff. It's a little loud outside. It gets better by closing the window, but not much. |

Very good location, near several transports and commerce Hotel is in the red light district,very noisy room, couldn´t get no sleep at night, several bars near the hotel, prostitutes in every corner of the street, i wouldn´t recommend this hotel to women traveling alone or couples. |

Very close to the center - the exhibition building. It is a red light district. I arrived late at night and in front of the door it was full of prostitutes. It was not bad, but I don´t know if for a single woman traveler is the best choice. However, the room was clean and the staff friendly. PS: they only spoke german... |

De ontvangst was goed, voor het overige heb ik te weinig gebruik gemaakt van het hotel (1 nacht!) om iets op te kunnen merken. Staat los van het hotel, maar de directe omgeving van hotel is 's nachts' luidruchtig. |

la posizione centrale praticamente è situato nel quartiere bordello di clarastrasse. Niente contro le prostitute che pullulano 24 ore nella strada, fanno il loro lavoro. ma non sono riuscita a chiudere occhio per tutte le due notti di permanenza a causa del grande rumore, urla, vocii, litigate delle medesime durante le ore notturne fino alle 7 di mattina. Impossibile dormire. Lo sconsiglierei a chiunque. |

O cafe da manha eh muito bom. Eles tinham que ter pessoas trabalhando a noite...nao recebemos ligacao depois que fecham a recepcao e o hotel fica meio deserto. |
