This old, wooden chalet is in a quiet location surrounded by mountains, a 2-minute walk from the centre of Lauenen bei Gstaad. It has a sun terrace with scenic views, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Guests can enjoy traditional and authentic Swiss cuisine in the à la carte restaurant. Breakfast is available in the morning, and there is a bar in the restaurant, which serves a range of beverages. Each of the cabin-style rooms has a TV with cable channels, and many have a balcony with picturesque views. In the winter time there is a salon for guests to use, and massages are available on request. The nearest ski lift is just 1 km away. Gstaad can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Beautiful and traditional Swiss chalet, run and operated by the owners themselves. Very friendly, personalized and warm atmosphere. very calm and quiet great views and beautiful scenery

Chalet style, Pleasant and comfortable room, balcony, friendly and helpful service, good value for money I always like it when hotel breakfast buffets include a fruit bowl.

The owners of hotel were very pleasant. The lanscape near hotel was exciting: the small murmurous mountains river only several meters from hotel, the view of mountains with the snowy crest and waterfall through the window, pleasant to the ear clang from small church. So, it is quiet place for romantic weekend or holiday and it is the place, where I would like to return. The place is good for activ people too because there are paths to the mountains with nice lake. The breakfast was not rich, but maybe it is good in our modern life, where we are able to earn enough money for food and very often we fight against obesity.

Gepflegtes, ruhiges Haus. Gut gelegen. Hunde erlaubt. Da am Tag unserer Übernachtung eine geschlossene Gesellschaft im Restaurant ass, mussten wir leider auswärts essen. WC/Dusche auf der Etage – eigentlich unser Problem, da wir spät buchten...

Das Hotel Wildhorn ist ein gemütliches Haus. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und mit verschiedenen geschmackvollen Accessoirs betont. Die Hotelbesitzer, insbesondere Frau von Siebenthals Herzlichkeit tragen zum wohlfühlen bei. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Die Mischung der Restaurantgäste zwischen Einheimischen und Touristen macht den Aufenthalt interessant. Die Dusche mit WC im gebuchten Zimmer, könnten eine gelegentliche Modernisierung vertragen. Wir verstehen, dass dies in einem 100jährigen Haus etwas problematisch ist.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und wunderbares Morgenessen. Das Zimmer und das übrige Hotel wurde mit viel Gespür sanft renoviert. Werden gerne wieder dort übernachten.
