The good: 1. The front desk staff was very friendly. 2. The hotel had free wifi, which worked in the room very well, unlike other places, where its weak in specific corners of the room. 3. Is very close to Cornavin station and Bus connections, so great for mobility Could improve: 1. One of the smallest rooms I have stayed in my whole life 2. The hotel is in the red light district

It is very clean, provides free WiFi. Location is also very good (close to Cornavin), although in a red-light district which might give a bad impression. The room was the smallest one I've ever been to. The same applies to the lift.

The gym facilities were excellent and it was close to the train station. The road the hotel is located in was not good and I did not feel 100% safe or that the road gave the hotel a fair reflection.

The location is near the train station and the shopping area Expensive for what you get. Breakfast was poor like most Geneva Hotels. In the middle of the red light district. Sound proofing was very poor. You could hear people snoring in the room next door.

It was centrally located There was no heating in our room. It is overpriced for what it offers. The grey walls in the rooms are horrible. The bathroom is so small you cannot turn around in it

Neat and clean. Centrally located. Good breakfast. Rooms are a little noisy. You can hear the guests in the room next to you going about their business.

The hotel never get a second chance to make a first impression on the tourist, and, as for me, I liked the hotel from the first sight. Although, I stayed there just one night, it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere is good, it is very clean everywhere and the hotel personal is polite. The main thing, that is comfortable, is the location of the hotel. From the hotel you can easily walk to the river and to the shopping streets. It is not so far to get to the main train station, just 5 minutes walk. Also, there is a fitness center, sauna and free internet in the hotel. Well, at the breakfast hotel personal offered me lots of fruits, which also made me happy!

By arraval my room was very dirty. But the personel reacted nicely on my request to change the bed and make my room. So I'm fine with that. Fo a short stay it's ok. With a good breakfast provided. I did not like the surroundings at all. But a did enjoy good sauna and a gym.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Clean room, great location. Although I had read that the hotel would be located in a redlight district, I could not discover it. I also felt safe at night (two girls late 20ies) Room was a little small, but sufficient for our purpose (overstay to catch a flight).
