Hotel was clean and modern. A/C didnt work so had to open windows but noise outside was continuous till 4 am (very busy street) so impossible to sleep. Even a change of room made no difference. Bathroom tiny and very challenging for my 6' 5" husband.

It was centrally located There was no heating in our room. It is overpriced for what it offers. The grey walls in the rooms are horrible. The bathroom is so small you cannot turn around in it

Neat and clean. Centrally located. Good breakfast. Rooms are a little noisy. You can hear the guests in the room next to you going about their business.

The hotel never get a second chance to make a first impression on the tourist, and, as for me, I liked the hotel from the first sight. Although, I stayed there just one night, it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere is good, it is very clean everywhere and the hotel personal is polite. The main thing, that is comfortable, is the location of the hotel. From the hotel you can easily walk to the river and to the shopping streets. It is not so far to get to the main train station, just 5 minutes walk. Also, there is a fitness center, sauna and free internet in the hotel. Well, at the breakfast hotel personal offered me lots of fruits, which also made me happy!

This is a very nice hotel and although the location is a bit uncomfortable (crowded until very early hours) this is how it is everywhere in the center of geneva. The person there Mr Lucas makes all the difference by making people feel so comfortable and well served. The facilities in the room are basic but it is so clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is again basic but so well selected. The fitness of the hotel is superb as well as the sauna area. Also the bar of the hotel is really nice and has a great selection of drinks The fact that the television only plays 5 channels and not pay tv but of course it is not a problem.

By arraval my room was very dirty. But the personel reacted nicely on my request to change the bed and make my room. So I'm fine with that. Fo a short stay it's ok. With a good breakfast provided. I did not like the surroundings at all. But a did enjoy good sauna and a gym.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Clean room, great location. Although I had read that the hotel would be located in a redlight district, I could not discover it. I also felt safe at night (two girls late 20ies) Room was a little small, but sufficient for our purpose (overstay to catch a flight).

Fantastic relation price/quality. WIFI worked excellent. It has been refurbished some months ago, and the facilities are fantastic. Breakfast excellent. Good coffee:nespresso, not like other hotels, where you can't have the coffee.
