Just good hotel with friendly staff

WiFi was not stable. In the room 304 TV channels in English didn't work.

Very convenient to the train station and local attractions.

Neighborhood a little rough.

The area is not great, especially late at night. Though, very central. Slept on the 5th floor but could not sleep properly due to some kind of fan being very noisy all night. Was like sleeping in the far back of an airplane with the sound. Woke up at 6 am by the receptionist knocking on my neighbours door really long saying wake up call really loud. It probably woke up the whole floor. Will not go back.

Good location, modern stylish decor, friendly staff. Nice bar. Good breakfast.

Heat in our room was out, but they did provide heaters. Rooms were small.

very lovely staff. great hotel, great service. not rich breakfast but enough. big room, design also was great. very close to train station. 3 minute by walk.

very dangerous location. on the everning to many underground guys around hotel.

The staff was very kind.

The road in front of the hotel seems to be not so safe especially in night time. Also, the temperature control box seems not working properly - even though I set up a temperature (heating), it did not give any hot air. I wished I could spend a warmer night.

Convienient location.

Convenient for railway station, Room well looked after, breakfast is fine, handy spacious bar on ground floor, wifi worked well. Considering the area, reasonably quiet. Good for a short stay.

en-suite bathroom a bit cramped, cupboard space restricted in our room- we only brought one suitcase between the two of us to limit weight on the flight but two might have been difficult to fit in the room. Working in the room not so easy as desk was narrow.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, however this also was a negative (see below). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities provided just what I needed. A good location in terms of local transport options.

The room was not overly sound-proofed (my neighbour had an annoying piece of music on repeat almost all night). The location is next to the red-light district and some of the 'neighbours' made me feel a little uncomfortable.

the hotel is newly renoveted, the wi-fi worked very well and breakfast was also good.

The surroundings of the hotel (the hotel is closed the central station...) and mainly the street where the hotel is located is dirty, full of strange people...

Frankly, I expected better. Rooms are NOT SOUND-ISOLATED so I heard everything in the hallway and the room next door. Lots of light in the room even with the black-out curtain (which doesn't go all the way to the floor). TINY bathroom; I hit the faucet every move I made in the shower and went from freezing water to steaming water. There was NO INTERNET access in the room; I had to go to the lobby... When reserving, the single occupency room was indicated as 20 m² and they tried to write to put me in a smaller room; I ignored the e-mail and got a regular sized double-room (so sounds like false-advertising of single-occupency room sizes to me). I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good location, near the main train station of Geneva. Cleanliness room and comfort hotel Smiling staff. I am recomminding any one to stay at this hotel.

The location

The bars in the area were very noisy and this went on all night making for a poor sleep experience.

The staff was very friendly and halpful in all matters. We enjoyed the low key atmosphere of the bar. Breakfast was very fine.

Location. The stretch of Rue de Berne on which the hotel is located is scary. Not the girls, but the numerous "hangers-on" who just stand around and stay throughtout the day and the night, gawking, talking, screaming, fighting, singing throughout the night, some very scary as one walks by them.

Excellent location, within walking distance to lake, train station, etc. Location of the Hotel itself, on "the hot street " did not bother me at all. Although I would recommend asking for a room facing the court yard, there is noisy street action 24/7. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel Windsor is a GEM, I was pleasantly surprised !

A decent hotel if you put it in comparison to its location. Rooms were clean and breakfast was fair.

Located in the worst neighbourhood i've ever staid at. Hookers and Pimps were strolling outside of the hotel and the nearby streets 24/7. Definately not a hotel for families and solo women. It too dangerous in my opinion.

location is near to geneva lake just 200 meters away !!

cleanliness is totally lost at the hotel ( dirty room , dirty bathroom ) ,, the price is high compared to the services and features
