It was centrally located and clean. Had nice character with each room having its own name. Smoking receptionist( however, it seems that people can smoke anywhere in Zurich , so maybe this is not a problem of the hotel but mine!), rooms rather old looking. Could have better furniture. |

The location of the hotel is very good which is less than 5 minutes from the tram stop. The lighting in the room is too deem and it would be better if the room can be brighter. |

i liked the theme and the location of the hotel. The price i thought was quite expensive for a room with shared toilet and bath, but again everything in Zurich is expensive so i guess that is the market rate. |

the hotel is on a great spot in the center of the city. it was the first time i stayed in a hotel with a common toilet and shower with other people but it was quite clean and always empty so we did not have a problem. there are two very nice restaurants in the hotel. It suits better for young people. |

I arrived late at night and was able to walk to the hotel very easily. Check in was quick and I was able to check out very early as well. |

The location was very good in the middle of the old centre. the beds were of good quality as well. Only one shower for the whole floor, not even a sink in the bedroom. It did not smell clean, including the elevator and the corridors. A very primitive breakfast area with only three small tables. |

Clean, comfortable room, good location within walking distance of the train station. Very pleasant and helpful staff. It seemed a bit expensive, but tI think everything in Zurich is expensive. The biggest problem was lack of Wifi or reasonably priced access to the internet. A fair number of hostels now offer free or cheap Wifi and it was disappointing not to have that here. Also wold have liked to see the breakfast included in the price, a at a number of other hostels we stayed at. Overall tho, still a nice place to stay. |

Great location ! Good food around it. Desk staff very helpful. Room clean. Got this room last minute before jumping on a plane so I was unable to look at reviews. Very expensive for what looked like. Our room was clean but kept looking for bugs. Unable to shower in my room because the handle missing. I spoke with the day manager and seemed to be annoyed. I paid full price and had to shower in the community shower (single stall) in the hallway. He ended up giving me 20 dollars off but again seemed annoyed/mad that I requested a discount. The cheap overall look/quality would be perfect if it was a hostel but not when the price is closer to 2 hundred a night. I would not stay in this hotel again. |

Expensive and grotty.Each room is named after a rock band none of which was younger than30 years old-name the rooms after proper bands or at least cooler!Get some proper band names.I had the Status Quo room which has wallpaper as old as the band.I don't mind not being ensuite but the shower was dirty and had to hold shower head up in air whilst showering.Dark rooms,fag smoke everwhere. |

the location is excellent. it is just in the old town and through the street you can find a lot of restaurant here. but the facility is poor. the light is so dark and next time i will prefer the room with a bathroom to share it with persons. |

Every room has different name ....mine was Elvis Presly...so that was cool and the location is amazing. There is no wifi and the breakfast is almost nothing. |

The hotel is clean and safe, its location is slam-dunk perfect in the middle of the Zurich's Altstadt. Facilities maintenance leaves much to be desired, considering the not-too-low room prices. |

Location No place to leave our luggage after we checked out! The receptionist that was on duty until after we wanted to take our luggage simply said that there was no space for it and we have to take it with us!!!!! It is the policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i find that very unaccommodating and we simply wanted to go on a tourist tour for three hours! |

the location was great. it was clean. even though it was on a busy street, with the windows closed it was not a problem. and although there was only 1 shower and toilet per floor, i didn´t ever have to wait for either of them. |
