Great budget place for travelers willing to accept basic amenities like shared bathroom & showers on the corridor. Cool design, clean rooms & A+ location in Zuerich old town for reasonable price No wi-fi access in rooms. Noise from guests leaving the bar to get to their rooms at 3 in the morning woke me up as the old building is poorly isolated |

The novelty of the rock'n'roll theme although I hadn't heard of the person in my room. The location was great and easy to find. It felt like a safe neighbourhood although there was music that went late-ish that I could hear through my window, but I thought that added to the atmosphere of the place - not a downside. The toilet didn't have a basin in it so you had to go back to your room to wash your hands - I thought this was pretty unhygienic. There was also only one shower for the whole floor. Also be aware there is a lift in the hotel itself but you can only get to the reception by some stairs (which I didn't realise & my suitcase was really heavy). |

I like the location of the hotel. I did not like the condition of the shared bathrooms and the horrible internet connection (and the fact that you have to pay for internet when you already pay too much for a room). |

Just the fact that it was cheap in an expensive city. If you think money on a hotel room is money down the drain then stay here. The one positive for myself was that I got the chance to speak a little German, which they were patient with, and when my German failed at one point, a response in English was excellent. The bed was great - a king size when I ordered a single - but the ammenities and the overall appearance were pretty basic! Three star it wasn't. During the evening at weekends, you also have to enter the hotel through the nightclub main entrance next door, explaining yourself to the door man before he'll let you in. Not sure if he speaks English. |

It seems that price is high, but very good for zurich. The boy working at night is very very kind. But only him. Good situation. Very noisy at weekends, when the pub is open. |

Location is near the city center - the only thing I liked! 1) Staff is not patient/checking-in day shift, 2) smoke smell receptionist smokes while on duty, 3) carpet in reception area fading/stale smell; 4) poor lighting in side the room - room is spacious and linens were fresh but the smoke smell is prominent and the Indian food (as Indian rest. is downstairs) so you have to open windows and sacrifice privacy and hear loud noise. |

The bedsheets weren't that bad I was shocked to see a hotel in the heart of one of the beautiful cities in the world without toilet and bathroom inside. The hotel is old and rustic. Everything should be changed. It doesn't at all worth the price |

Location. 3rd stop of tram # 4 from Hauptbahnhof. Hotel is in old town - very nice look around it. Very good Indian restaurant is in the same building. |
