Wonderful downtown location overlooking the river. This is only a 4 star hotel but in terms of quality it's edging into 5 star (with prices to match). Very friendly helpful staff and excellent atmosphere. Dinner was a bit "traditional" ie neither menu not food itself very exciting. |

The staff were all excellent, and although pricey I felt that this plus the overall standard of the hotel and its rooms and of course the location made it a worthwhile expense. |

This hotel is amazingly beautiful located in the center of the city. You may have to read the direction in the hotel Web before driving-in since the surrunding is the old city. |

I had floor to ceiling windows that opened onto a great private terrace. The hotel's location was excellent for the city. Everything the hotel provided was executed very well, and all the staff were excellent. I would have liked a fitness room, but this is the only omission. |

de locatie midden in de Altstadt en aan de Limmat kan niet beter. Het hotel heeft een serene rust en de ontbijtzaal is rustikal. Het terras is onovertroffen in de zomer. de bar met stoeltjes aan de rivier is top. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar ook erg formeel. Het hotel is belegen en ouderwets. Er zijn nauwlijks moderne faciliteiten en de kamers zijn erg klein maar wel proper. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er vanaf 7:30 op straat gewerkt met een drilboor. Omdat het hotel verbouwd wordt was er vanaf 8:30 oorverdovend lawaai in onze kamer. Het feit dat het hotel midden in een verbouwing zit werd ons niet gemeld, niet door het hotel en ook niet door booking.com. De prijs/kwaliteits verhouding voor dit hotel is ronduit slecht. |

Прекрасный вид из окна! Река, озеро, горы вдали... Очень приветливый персонал. Нам нужно было выехать из номера позже, после 18.00. и нам пошли навстречу и даже не взяли с нас экстра-charge за полдня. |

Супер расположение - лучше не бывет! Надо брать номера с видом на речку - потрясающая панорама старого города. Не выдающийся, но пристойный завтрак, средненький номер, очень так себе ванная - все это пустяки по сравнению с выдающимся местоположением и видом из окна. Отремонтировать и сделать бутик-отель. |

schöne Atmosphäre, sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt Auf der Homepage fehlte der Hinweis, daß man ins Navigationssystem nicht die korrekte Adresse Am Weinplatz eingeben darf, sondern die Storchengasse eingeben sollte, um mit dem Auto hinter das Hotel zu finden. |
