Service at the restourant. Slow service.behavıor of the staff.rooms looking to city was dark.it doesn't worth the money we have paid. Vaulation of the hotel for my opinion is 7 out ot 10.

Our first trip to Zurich will never be this fantastic without staying at the Hotel Storchen. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Room is spacious for a family. Location is perfect for both shopping and sight seeing. Only a comment from a seven year old boy...there is no Cartoon tv channels :) We will definitely go back to the hotel if we will have a chance to stop by Zurich again.

Everything is excellent. You just have to get use to fact that you are at Swiss: smaller rooms and higher prices. Hotel is really great,

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

There is no better experience than staying in a Swiss hotel, great attention to detail, excellent service and well trained multi lingual staff.The Zum Storchen is no exception and is located accross the Limat from the old town amd in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants of Bahnhofstrasse. It has a great dining balcony overlooking the Limat. An excellent hotel and great stay.
