Good value - I paid chf 145 for a night which is good for a decent hotel in Luzern. Staff we friendly as you would expect in Switzerland. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. Room was very clean and functional. |

The hotel desk staff was extremely helpful. Her English was excellent and she was able to explain how to get our rental car to a parking facility. The proximity to the banhoff would be an advantage if you are traveling by train. Parking is several blocks away, across the river. 27CHF per 24 hours. |

Nothing. We had a serious problem with the noise in our room. In our room we could hear the noise from the restaurant of the hotel up to 12 o'clock at night. They did not respect at all the fact that there are people that are staying above the restaurant. We complaint to the hotel management and they said that they will tell their staff to be more carefull. However, there was no change afterwards. |

Terrific location and very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. I liked the sun deck as well. Extremely good value for the money. Not the hotel's fault, but some of the rooms are near the church bells which go off every quarter of an hour, all through the night. This didn't bother me after the first night, but it was hard to get to sleep initially. |

The location in the old town of Lucerne and the central location with easy access to the best sightseeing in town. Our room was noisey due to proximity to local bars |

because the room is big and the bed is comfortable 1.I tried the wireless internet for a long tome, but it doesn't work 2.when I arrived Luzern, I asked 3 people for the address of your hotel, but all of them didn't know, so maybe the name of the lane is not familiar to the local people |

The complementary coffee/tea making facilities made our stay just that more comfortable. The modern, bright design of the room was lovely and the colours were just fantastic. No black teas were provided, only herbal teas. |

The package includes breakfast buffet which is value for money. Location within shopping area, 10 mins walk from railway station. We arrived early at 10:30 and the staff granted us early check-in which was great. The pillows and the beds were too soft. |

Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms well looked after and well heated - important in winter! I like this hotel but they advertise that rooms have DVD players but in my experience they seldom work. On my last stay I had two different rooms and the DVD players didn't work in either of them. |

I like the hotel staff's service the most. They are so welcoming and friendly. They can speak very fluent English and very helpful to recommend some local food. One of the hotel staff even called for us to look for the restaurant which serve the local food "Rosti" that we looking for. |

The Best Western Hotel Flora in Lucerne was completely renovated and modernised in 2007/2008 and provides you with that certain extra in terms of true friendliness. |
The budget place to stay at the riverside with the mountain view. Our hotel is situated in the old town of Lucerne only a few minutes from the station, the lake and the shopping area. |
In the pedestrian zone in the heart of Lucerne, right at the historic Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), where the Reuss river leaves Lake Lucerne, you will find the lovely Hotel Des Alpes. |
The Monopol Swiss Quality Hotel is the architecturally most fascinating hotel in Lucerne, resembling Parisian or Viennese palaces of the 19th century, and can be found right at the train station. |
