It was convenient as a stop on the way to the airport. There are 2-3 good restaurants in the square in front of the hotel. Getting there was difficult as much of central Zurich is under construction and several roads, accesses, are blocked. |

Even though my stay was prepaid completely, I had a message from my credit card company stating that I was charged for extra 100 Swiss franks, and I'm still waiting for finishing my trip to find out what happened, I appreciate it if you could explain to me what happened. |

Breakfast was excellent. Bed was good. Room was spacious. Friendly and helpful receptionist (Ms Genina) Bathroom (broken tub), equipment and drainage system. TV service was charged!! Poor ventilation. A fan and AC should have been there. No 'Bell Boy' to carry luggage. No Steam and Sauna. |

price and able to use free computers for internet. Good breakfast. Location is away from old town and heart of Zurich. More in the business district. Lots of construction going on. Had to walk about 8 minutes to take tram. Very smokey in lobby area at all times during the day. Even though we had non-smoking room (103) you could smell the smoke in the room. Bathroom is very funky, small and plastic...seemed like a pre-fab. Towels rough. |

breakfast was ok. I asked for a non smoking room as my husband is allergic, but we got a smoking room and the receptionist was not helpful at all. The smell was so strong that we could not sleep at all. |

The range of the facilities of the hotel, play garden, swimming pool, parking area. You have to pay for the parking area. Location of the hotel is too far from the city center for families with children. |

Nothing to dislike as a hotel Their parking is small and I had to leave my car in a neighbourhood parking but I find this not so much important |

The hotel has a lot of facilities, the design of the restaurant and reception is really nice. I didn't like the service given by the receptionists. On my arrival, the receptionist didn't explain to me any of the services that the hotel had, I had to ask for a map of the city, for directions to get to the city center, etc.. |

The openness of the hotel and the staff were both good - the location was not and the description that led us to select this was not accurate. |

Well designed, the receptionist at the front desk was really really helpful, the room was excellent, and the location is just 5 stops from the central station by tram (really convenient). They have a great spot for breakfast outdoors as well! |

It's not a 4 star hotel but maybe a 2 star! The cleaners came twice in the room when we were sleeping. Quite rude. The staff was not helpful. The swimming pool was very small and very cold. The rooms were very budget. And in addition to that even if we did not have breakfast, they presented us a bill in which someone gave our room number (without controlling chf 52!!!)... very disappointing!!! |

Lovelly big room, free internet in the lobby on giant Macs, friendly staff, swimming pool. 10 Min tram ride to the centre, lots of funky, trendy bars around. having to pay quite a lot extra for parking on top of already (for us at least) expensive rate. |
