Zurich Marriott Hotel

Habitación muy limpia, cama excelete, era Queen size. Las almohadas, no estaban mal, no eran de las típicas blandas que te destrozan las cervicales. Te puedes hacer el desayuno, ya que tienen calienta-aguas. La tele funcionaba bien, pero sólo tenían TVE internacional es castellano. Aunque si lo que quieres es practicar alemán (o suizo-alemán), tienes canales de sobra. También francés, italiano, 2 árabes... Está muy cerca de la Hauptbahnhof, por lo que cuando vines o vas al aeropuerto está bien porque no tienes que coger ningún Tram. Casco antiguo a 20-30 minutos andando.

El horario del desayuno, empezaba sobre las 6:30 y terminaba a las 8:00. Si no os importa madrugar tanto, quizá no esté mal, pero para un viaje por turismo es un poco excesivo. De todas formas es caro desayunar en el hotel. Podrían tener WiFi gratis, por el precio de la habitación. La ubicación no es la ideal, pero la zona no es tan mala como ponía en otros comentarios. Ell barrio donde está el hotel no está nada mal. Hay un local de proyecciones eróticas en la misma calle del hotel, pero ningún día vimos a gente rara por esa calle, ni siquiera a las 10 de la noche que volvimos algún día. También pegado al hotel hay un hospital, pero no oímos ningún día las sirenas de las ambulancias ni nada, así que no molesta tampoco.

Bigger room than expected. Baby bed already installed as requested.

To pay the parking fee, I wanted to change my 50 Euro bill to smaller Euro bill. However, it was denied by the hotel to exchange large Euro bill to smaller Euro bill. For the convenience of the customer, please allow the change from big Euro bill, such as 50 Euro bill, to smaller Euro bill, such as 10 Euro bill.

they have actually deceived us. we ordered superior double room and our friends - standard double room. But in fact our rooms were absolutelly identical!!! And a receptionist confirmed this but refused to reduce the price. So we paid 1,5 price for nothing! I think it's very foul...

Great Thai food & just a main course is plenty, I was on the 10th floor with lovely river view - large windows (didn't open though, so needed the air con to cool room, worked fine but I prefer fresh air). TV needed 2 guys to come up & fix it's cables before it worked at all - didn't bother me but surprised it wasn't checked before hand. Best facility 8am - 10pm free sauna - fantastic before a trans cont flight, gym looked good, impecable changing rooms (shower could have been more powerful & in room too but clean anyway).

5 Stars Swiss capital international hotel & unbelievably there was no non smoking bar, I was offered take my drinks in solitude & railway concourse ambiance of the main entrance lobby I requested instead access to the so called executive lounge as it was non smoking & had been recommended by reviewers, took a while then I was offered admittance for an extra SWF 70, after a while & consultations this was reduced to SWF 30 which as it included free beer (wine only early evening) I accepted. There were 2 types of Swiss beer, the first dark one was crap the second blond was undrinkable, there was no-one there & the atmosphere was nil, worse than nil in fact. So I quit that & got fumigated at the regular bar where they had some very good wheat b

The room key did not work, despite many numerous attempts to have it fixed. Each time I had to go for a long trip to the front desk. I lost 2 hours on my first day and missed a vital conference call. The key problems lasted everyday of my stay - absolutely ridiculous.

Comfortable beds.

Very bad location, not very clean, noisy rooms. It is just a regular 4-star hotel.

1. Air Coditioning made lot of noise and could not be fixed 2. Hotel is not that nice area So don't walk to the hotel after Sunset

Location is very good, it is very close to the Airport, Rail Station and to the city centre. Staff are kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean, but bathroom is small. I've stayed in the executive room for 3 nights so you get a free access to the executive lounge which is open 24/7. It is suitable for business partners and for families, very cosy atmosphere and they offer you complimentary drinks and snacks. I totally do recommend this hotel.

The Exective Lounge

The AC in the room was not working properly and the Hotel's Staff and technicians were unable to fix it or replace us the room.
