ちょうど気温が高い時期に当たったので、空調が完備していたのがよかった。 レストランの内容（料理そのものは質がよいが、レストランの種類が少ない）がいまひとつ。トラムに面する部- 屋に泊まったら、トラムの音、振動がかなりあった。 |

アメニティーに歯ブラシとヘアブラシがあればもっと良いと思う。 貴社予約では、朝食込みとなっていたが、実際の会計の際、ホテルのコンピューター上では、予約は朝食なしに- なっているといわれ料金を請求された。その場でネットに接続し、貴社からの予約確認メールを開き、説明した- が、食事に関してはサイト上に日本語でしか記載がなく、伝えるのに苦労した。このため、出発の列車に乗り遅- れそうになった。貴社サイトとホテル間の正しい情報のやり取りを希望します。 |

公共交通へのアクセスが少し不便です。あとホテルの裏口から誰でも入れるようなので、セキュリティーに不安- を覚えたこと。 |

Location is very good, it is very close to the Airport, Rail Station and to the city centre. Staff are kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean, but bathroom is small. I've stayed in the executive room for 3 nights so you get a free access to the executive lounge which is open 24/7. It is suitable for business partners and for families, very cosy atmosphere and they offer you complimentary drinks and snacks. I totally do recommend this hotel. |

The hotel is not far from the main train station and city center. You can walk from the train station to the hotel.The room is very good and comfort. |

The Business double rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpfull. Thai Resturant was excellent. I have rented thru conceirge a 7 seater car for transprtion to Airport, I seriousely belive the cahrges were way way above normal rate !! |

close to the city center .the Executive Lounge nice. the housekeeping lady very noise always open th door even if we but "plz don't dustrub" they will nock the door very hard .. ask you if you want them to clean you room now "at 8 am or 9am ". |

Nice layout with great atmosphere The room was not ready though I arrived at 1530 and had to stay roaming around after a hectic trip, was told that we had a free upgrade because of the delay and apparantly it showed otherwise in the bill |

More or less its close to city center. But there are closer hotels also. Rooms are clean and big enough. Beds and pillows are good. If you stay in a room at the north wing you have to change lifts. Doors of the lifts and rooms are very narrow and it is very difficult to get in with a pushchair for twin babies. Bathroom door is a sliding door and do not have a lock which I have never seen in such a hotel, it has to be renewed. If you consider the price this hotel is not cost-effective |

The waitresses in the swiss restaurant were exceptionally kind and professional. They were polite, friendly and very attentive. The check-in man was not polite. We had to wait for over thirty minutes for someone to change the reading light over our bed. However, when he finally arrived he did not bring a bulb. Then, the next day the television would not turn on and we had to wait for over one hour for the personnel to arrive. I called downstairs and the woman, on the desk, said they were very busy and became a bit surly. |
