Zurich Marriott Hotel

Gostei da localizaçao. Muito bem situado perto de tudo. Os quartos eram bons, mas tive que pedir paa alterar.

Do conforto do quarto, asseio, cortesia de todos os funcionários, e da boa cozinha suíça, ao nível da restauração. Da boa assistência médica que me foi prestada, por crise de tensão arterial elevada, com diabetes, pese embora a demora da chegada do médico.

Um pouco mais de atenção na lavagem diària das cafeteiras existentes nos quartos. Precos especiais na restauração para diabéticos, por limitação na alimentação. Foi e é sempre o meu caso...

The room key did not work, despite many numerous attempts to have it fixed. Each time I had to go for a long trip to the front desk. I lost 2 hours on my first day and missed a vital conference call. The key problems lasted everyday of my stay - absolutely ridiculous.

Comfortable beds.

Very bad location, not very clean, noisy rooms. It is just a regular 4-star hotel.

1. Air Coditioning made lot of noise and could not be fixed 2. Hotel is not that nice area So don't walk to the hotel after Sunset

Location is very good, it is very close to the Airport, Rail Station and to the city centre. Staff are kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean, but bathroom is small. I've stayed in the executive room for 3 nights so you get a free access to the executive lounge which is open 24/7. It is suitable for business partners and for families, very cosy atmosphere and they offer you complimentary drinks and snacks. I totally do recommend this hotel.

The Exective Lounge

The AC in the room was not working properly and the Hotel's Staff and technicians were unable to fix it or replace us the room.

Elegantly furnished with all the conforts and Good Airconditioning which Possibly may lack at some hotels in Europe during the Summer. Friendly staff.

close to the city center .the Executive Lounge nice.

the housekeeping lady very noise always open th door even if we but "plz don't dustrub" they will nock the door very hard .. ask you if you want them to clean you room now "at 8 am or 9am ".

The waitresses in the swiss restaurant were exceptionally kind and professional. They were polite, friendly and very attentive.

The check-in man was not polite. We had to wait for over thirty minutes for someone to change the reading light over our bed. However, when he finally arrived he did not bring a bulb. Then, the next day the television would not turn on and we had to wait for over one hour for the personnel to arrive. I called downstairs and the woman, on the desk, said they were very busy and became a bit surly.
