Have at least a complimentary bottle of water its ridiculous that a five star hotel even charges you for the use of the internet , have they never heard of free wifi for their guests Too expensive for what you get which is a room with a bed.

The view is magnificient.

Some rooms are extremely small. The hotel caused me financial problems because of a problem in their Credit Card system.

I livek everything: location was super convenient, rooms were spacious with a great view outside... and soundproof walls, so no neighbours complained :)) Everything was neat and clean. And staff was super friendly. Definitely will consider Zurich Marriott next time, when visiting the country, as well as will check on this hotel chain while travelling on business and/or leisure to other cities and countries.

I like the location and the food

I booked a room for chf 555 per night....it did not even have a bathtub and to be honest, for that kind of money: I would have expected a much nicer room. Also: the executive lounge....not so executive :(

Executive lounge was excellent as was the White Elephant. My room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the river and city. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was a little small and found it impossible to shower without getting water on the bathroom floor. Gym was a little small but adequate.

The food was good so were the staff. The rooms clean. Really a 5 star hotel.

Hotel was not as good as expected (small, old) booking.com does not have good communication with what is provided for the client (meals were not complimentary while booking.com says it is included) amenities in the room were not there, had to call housekeeping or front desk to get ourselves/

Rooms were large, clean and nicely furnished Breakfast was excellent,had more choices than most places we have stayed at across Europe Was located about 10 minutes away from the main train station

Is not walkable from the station if one is carrying luggage or if it is raining/ snowing. We needed a taxi both sides which costs about chf 20 from the station

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Always ready to help. Rooms comfortable and well equipped.

Bit loud on the floors sometimes. The strength of the water from the shower was too weak. Also breakfast although good but expensive and not such a big amount of choices for this money.

Very clean room, comfortable bed & pillows. Front desk stuff are very friendly & professional, Check out time was at 12:00 but I was able to use the GYM showers before my departure at 19:30

The room we actualy got was much smaller than the booked room(deluxe double- published 29 sqm). For the "view" published in your ad we were asked fo additional payement .

I liked location of the hotel, excellent breakfast and location closed to old town.

the beds were high quality and provided for a good nights sleep.the corner room was great and had nice views of the city.most of all,it was quiet.

This hotel,does not deserve its current 5 star rating. It was more like a 3-4 star hotel. Booking .com rating is misleading.

Great breakfast.

Noise at night from kids next door and running up and down hall morning and night screaming!!!! Linnens look old and dingy. Food and drinks much too expensive. Poor service in breakfast room. NOT a 5 star hotel!

The parking is not included in the stay
