Este un hotel minunat,are tot ce trebuie.Mic dejun bogat si divers,amplasat central,camere curate ,luxoase,personal amabil.Recomand acest hotel!

The fact that bI paid such an expensive rate and all facilities in the room were so basic like a 4 star hotel

The quality of food ordered for room service was very poor and very, very expensive. I would not eat at the hotel again if I stayed there, and most certainly would never use room service.

It may not seem very adventurous, but I love Marriotts because you always know exactly what you will find. Well-trained staff, very clean rooms - at some venues larger than other - ultra comfortable beds. We were upgraded upon our arrival from a "deluxe" (which turns out to be the hotel's "standard") to a "superior". I never saw the deluxe room, but the superior was very large and light (corner room), loads of storage (important as we do not travel light and buy *a lot* on the go. Excellent breakfast, as well.

Maybe the hotel may be a bit off the downtown ring, but it is a 10 minutes' walk from the Central Station (train), and merely 15 to 20 minutes away from several restaurants, bars, and points of interest. Downtown Zurich is very compact, and Marriott's location was perfect. We always started off the day walking down the beautiful park behind the National Museum, along the Limmat river.

Great location and facilities were most excellent. The staff was very friendly & helpful - they put a baby crib in our room for us, which was great. The restaurant Echo was simply amazing, and very good value.

Very specious, child friendly, not too far from the local attractions, best trained & genuinely helpful staff. It is very rare to find such a well equipped hotel in the European towns.

They should accommodate families in the same wing of the hotel as the reception. The other wing, eventhough very well connected with the main building of the hotel, is a walk away. And gets a bit difficult to access with small kids.

impossible to open the windows in the room and it was very stuffy there , the whole price of the stay ( 2 days)+ 100 CHF were blocked on my bank card at the check-in as a garantee and it is still unblocked although I left the hotel 4 days ago and surely my card was debited again during check-out, my bed was covered with pet hair when we arrived so I had to contact the reception to change my bed sheets.

As international business traveller I advise everyone to avoid this Marriott hotel, the hotel rating does not whatsoever correspond to the offering. There are 3 star hotels in Zurich where the traveller will feel much more at home. there is only a very small and low value spa room, the bar is very small and not inviting to have a drink, the restaurants are cheaply furnished and small, hotel rooms are all adjacent to roads and one cannot open a window.

Good Location, very clean and comfortable. 10 min walking to banhoff strasse.

No free parking for hotel guest. No toothbrush, No weight scale. No sleepers in the room.

Outstanding service, excellent facilities, highly recommended!
