Hotel was clean, spacy, good transportation links. Within 5 minute walking distance from the main arena/exhibition center of Zurich. A little bit overpriced. |

Close to the airport, and had a shuttle. Cheaper than most others. Rooms were a bit small, and the staff not the most helpful. Very rigid in thinking and not willing to go the extra mile unless specifically asked. A bit "out of the way" to find, but once you figure out the bus/tram system, it's quite accessible and easy to find. |

The hotel was nice and we spent very little time because we had a hectic schedule. It would have been great if the breakfast was included in the cost ... also the pre-authorization that they did on my card, that blocked CHF 400 from my account which is still not released, but my bill was CHF 238. |

The prompt and regular shuttle bus service to the airport. Also the fact that breakfast start at 6.0 am, allowing an early departure. Although all the rooms in my wing were labelled nonsmoking, the room smelt as if it had been used by smokers. Fortunately, the window opened wide, allowing us to air the place. Breakfast was bad - instant coffee, synthetic orange juice - and at sfr 15 overpriced. |

The room cleanliness and the hotel location was closed to the Zurich airport. Also there was free airport-hotel shuttle bus service every about 20 minutes. A little bit narrow room space. The staffs at reception desk are not friendly service, they are always seemed to be busy personal. |

Convenience to the airport and free shuttle. We had to stay overnight for a connecting flight and it was perfect for that. Despit what others have said, the breakfast is fine and is a good selection of continental which is what you expect on the continent of course! |

Easy access, friendly and efficient personnel, good parking facility, good breakfast menu (though getting a soft boiled egg took too long). The rooms were comfortable, the covers a bit too warm (had to turn on the A/C). Some lighting needed replacement/repair but proved not to be an impairment. Expensive for US travelers. its good value for money staff not concerned.the printer for one of the computers was not working and there was no display of this information. I wanted to print my boarding pass. After I logged in and completed the process, i did not get the print out. On enquiring why the information was not displayed as the entire process was such a waste of time and money, the staff concerned replied that he was not the manager concerned. Well, that is not my concern either! For me the person at the desk is the face of Ibis and I was quite taken aback with this kind of a response. Thereafter I had to wait an hour for my turn on the other computer as somebody else had occupied the same in the meantime. So much for printing a simple boarding pass from your hotel! |

Staff appreciation, already e-mailed to the Front Office Manager. Rates should be lower as there was no Fair taking place during my stay period. |

It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle service to the airport which was usefule. It would be nice to have had a hand towel in the bathroom, tea and coffe making facilities and a bar fridge in the room. |

We had the option of a smaller breakfast at 7chf rather than 15chf. The bar and restaurant were essential as there was vertually no where else nearby (walking distance) Shuttle service is very good, especially if you want shops and everywhere is closed. Some visitors may complain that there were no drawers or wardrobe with doors but there is a hanging area and plenty of storage.Even the bed is different but comfortable enough for a few nights. |

The room was clean and functional, it was all I needed for a low cost short stay. Close to the airport with a free shuttle bus which was useful; close to the city tram service. I didn't use the other facilities in the hotel. |
