Very comfortable and close to the airport. SHuttle offers free service to airport every hour. Restaurant serves great food for the weary traveller. Loved our stay here!

We used the Ibis Messe as our overnight spot before flying out of Zurcih the next morning. It was a perfect spot. The shuttle was easy to spot at the airport, the driver courteous. Can't say enough good things about the friendly, sociable staff. Amenities such as free wi-fi in the rooms (an unexpected surprise) and a business center where we could print our boarding passes were a plus. The rooms were compact, but bright and clean, perfect for our needs. Do note that the hotel is located in a business district, so there's no walking to the corner Migros or Coop for a snack. We didn't try it but there was a 24 hour snack bar with a small, varied menu with the same prices as what you'd find elsewhere for Switzerland. My family makes about three trips a year to Switzerland to visit our elderly aunt and we had been staying at another, closer property to the airport that offered a free breakfast. We'll be staying at the Ibis from now on due to the reasons listed above, especially the friendly staff.

Rooms and the bathroom was so good. So comfy. Hotel located in a good position for me, because I had a concert in Hallenstadion, which is nearly 5 minutes of walk from the Hotel. The food in the Hotels Restaurant was perfect. You can eat traditional food of Switzerland, Rösti. Delicious. Decoration is good. Red and white and fresh. Workers at the lobby are so friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus in the airport which takes you to the Hotel easily. Every 30 min. Shuttle arrives at the Zürich Airport. On the Gate "Arrival 2" and "Zone2" The Driver Arnold was so sweet and talkative.

Staff not helpful about suggesting routes to the city centre. Check in seemed to take a lot of time. Also the airport is some distance away .

Ibis known for their quality & budget, maintains it to the tee. The shuttle service to the airport is a great plus & from the airport the city centre is just 12 mins by the S-Bahn. Great value for money given its Zurich. Breakfast was not bad at 15chf a head.

The options at the restaurant for a veggie like is us is an absolute joke. Nothing at all. Most of the dishes they advertise including the meat variables I believe is a ready to eat which is then heated up & dressed well for the price they shoot out. The lady at the restaurant was far more interested watching the tele, it was an ice hockey game between the Swiss & the Americans rather than serving the people seated. Literally we had to go to the counter to ask for beverages.

I liked the fair price and location.

We made specific request when we made the reservation online at booking (for a crib) and there was no crib in the room. When I asked for it, I was told there was no crib available. After having insisted, I got thecrib but also got a hard speech from the staff that I should have asked for it earlier (I did the minute I made the reservation). Additionally, one night while sleeping the cleaning lady entered the room. It was very unconfortable and disrespectful in my opinion.

Was given double instead of twin room. As hotel full the manager was immediately consulted by staff. Thirty minutes needed to change bed in room, during which we were given two drinks vouchers to use in the bar. Very positive response.

Expensive parking at the hotel (18CHF/night) without any alternative.

The hotel staff was very helpful and it was a wonderful experience staying there. Location is excellent - only 10 minutes from the airport and close to the city.

The free bus that took you to an from the Airport was very usefull. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
