H aristh εξυπηρετηση στην reception , η καθαριοτητα,η εξαιρετικη ανεση στο να ξεκουραστεισ στον υπνο σου,λογω των εξαιρετικα προσεγμενων γι αυτον τον σκοπο στρωματων και μαξιλαριων που διαθετουν και που σπανια βρισκεισ σε αναλογα ξενοδοχεια.[εαν και το μεγεθοσ του δωματιου ηταν και λιγακι μεγαλυτερο θα ηταν καλυτερα βεβαια,διοτι υπηρχε λιγο προβλημα για δυο ατομα να ανοιξουμε τισ βαλιτσεσ μασ ταυτοχρονα]

I was in Zurich to change trains on my way to Italy. The hotel is in a great location (up a slight hill) for both the station, centre of town and the river. The room was very nice, comfortable, good size, lovely shower. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was a very warm day/evening. I would have been happy to stay in this hotel for longer than one night - apart from concens raised below.

The sudden demand for a deposit of 100euros on arrival. I had no prior notice of this. I was only there for one night. Firstly this is excessive for a stay of one night. Secondly, if hotels want to charge a deposit then you should be informed prior to booking as this must surely form part of the Terms and Conditoins of your contract with them. Also they asked that I signed a Visa receipt for 99 euros on departure which I was assured was to confirm I'd stayed there, but the receipt did not say this, just 99 euros. I refused to sign as I'd already given them my visa card details. Very very disappointed and annoyed about both incidents.

Friendly and attentive staff; Well-maintained room; Free bottled water on every room cleanup is a big plus considering how much we had to spend for it in Switzerland.

Very good situation, staff is exellent, the breakfast is very full and good but too expencive.

Pillows. I don't know why but there is a comfortable temperature in the room only with the conditioner (without it too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter).

Very nice hotel, in a great location easy to the city for sightseeing and shopping. Rooms are great, nice size and well appointed.

The Hotel is well located, the staff is friendly and atemptive. The price is reasonable for what is offered a typucal fous star hotel. I surely recommend

Location as well as very friendly and helpful reception staff

We did not appreciate that we were told we were getting an upgraded room at no further cost, when in fact the room appeared to us to be a downgrade. It was located in the back part of the hotel. The room had not been properly cleaned, and there were no towels in the room. This part of the hotel felt to be little used. We were moved the next morning to a better suited room. The evening meal we had in the dining room after a long train trip was expensive and "mean" for a hotel of this calibre.

The reception staff were fabulous giving great suggestions for places to visits and wonderful local restaurants, top marks
