Location, clean, reception staff were accomodating Bathrooms were tiny and they only provided one set of towels we statyed in two different rooms they knew there were two of us and they put one hand towel and one large towel in the bathroom. The bar staff was incredibly rude.

staff was very friendly.The hotel was clean. I spent a lovely four days. It had pork products in the breakfast. There was no cow or beef meat.

Close proximity to city center. Nice apearance and friendly staff. Small room with oversized bed and main room door wasn't opening completely due to poor entrance design and bad for baby stroller. No space for a baby crib and bed was too soft (pillow topper) for a young baby.

Convenient location: although on the map it is in the north part of the city, it only takes a short and very pleasant walk to the region of main attractions. Facility: the room is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. All facilities are in good conditions. Nice bed and nice shower. Breakfast: good variety of foods. Splendid cheese and mixed fruit salad. Fresh and hot sausage and eggs Staff: extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay in Hotel Continental Zurich again if I visit Zurich again in the future.

Quiet. Comfortable room and bed. Good location, close to main station and city centre. Expensive (but that's Zurich!). Meal not special - stale bread. Out of date bar menus.

Average room size, Comfortable bed, clean room, and adequate amenities. Quite and peaceful. Near to Zurich main train station and main restaurant and shopping areas. Arrived at 10am and hotel staff were helpful to provide us with rooms within half an hour. Helpful and friendly staff

the breakfast choices. But extend the hour to 11:00 AM. While the atmosphere of the lobby was lovely, the suite had much to be desired as far as colors. Perhaps you like bile green and hot orange but I do not. For goodness sakes get an interior designer with taste and a sense of color. Not retro 1970!
