Very efficient, friendly and nice multilingual staff. Fresh apple juice jar near the elevator, very tasty juice. Very nice room and bath amenities (Chopard). Excellent location near the train station and close to everything. |

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was very well done. The location is excellent. It is a 5-10 min walk from the main train station in Zurich. the train station is a 10 min train ride form the airport. This made it easily accessible from the airport while still being right in the heart of town. |

Room & bathroom furniture and amenities were of good quality. The stuff was very friendly. The location is close enough to come by foot from the main station and to walk to the old town. The nice surprise was free wi-fi. Maybe the room & bathroom could be bigger. |

The staff is OK, the single room I had like in picture. The room was clean. No breackfast for me considered to expensive. But a singke room of 100EUR for a 4 star hotel in Zurich is more than OK. |

Our staying at this hotel was wonderful! The room was great, kingsize bed, beautiful, extremely clean bathroom, free tobletrones, tea and coffee in the room, big tv, and all that only 10 minutes walk from the main Zurich railway station! |

Wonderful hotel and staff was excellant. Just be sure to not to be too close to the close of breakfast. Although they will accomodate by cooking by request. |
