Henkilökunta ja palvelu ystävällistä. Erinomainen sijainti, lähellä kaikkea. Siisti. Aamupalalla mukava leppoisa tunnelma. Yllätyin huoneen ja kylppärin pienuudesta, en ole aiemmin ollut niin pienessä tilassa huonommin luokitellussa hotellissakaan. Hinta-laatu ei aivan kohdallaan. Jos aamupala olisi sisältynyt majoitukseen olisin vielä jotenkin ymmärtänyt, mutta sekin oli maksettava aika korkeaan hintaan erikseen. |

Hotellin sijainti on rauhallinen, vaikkakin vain viisi minuuttia kävellen päärautatieasemalta. Vanhaan kaupunkiin on myös lähellä ja Limmat-joen rantaan on "kivenheitto". Viikonloppuisin aamupala jatkuu 13.30 saakka. Siisti hotelli ja ystävällinen avulias henkilökunta. |

The bed was very relaxing and the room temperature perfect. I slept very well. The room decor fitting and pleasant. The breakfast was fine with excellent bacon and eggs! Staff helped plan the Sunday afternoon. Very friendly. Just a bit on the small side in room dimensions. And their was only 10 channels on the TV. No BBC! Had to pay for parking. It's just smthg I hate. No real complaints. VG overall. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the best we encountered in our 5 weeks, 4 countries holiday. The location is terrific, very close to Train Station Zurich HB. Very quiet and very clean room too. Our room was quite small. Not much room to move around. The bathroom was extremely small. Had trouble getting in and out of bathtub/shower. It would suit business people travelling solo or couples but not families of 1 child or more. |

Great location in Zurich with easy access into the main city (walk or tram) and easy walk from the main train station. Hotel staff and room was great and overall an enjoyable stay. |

Only stayed one night so can't say very much but it was a very good location, near the railway station.My husband forgot his coat there and the staff very kindly forwarded it to our next location, very efficient! |

have stayed at many hotels in zurich and this was by far the best value for money. and booking.com had the best rate. free internet included and very central location. Rooms a bit rustic in design but very large by zurich standards, clean. super comfy bed and location unbeatable for downtown zurich. staff allowed late 2pm check out which was appreciated. windows could not be opened in room. (small issue however). |

We found the Hotel Continental Zurich to be comfortable, clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was close to the train station and numerous restaurants. |

rooms were great, spacious, kingbed, clean, plenty of tv channels. near to train station. reception efficient. breakfast & restaurant a bit expensive. not many options for restaurants nearby. staff at breakfast should write down order rather than trying to remember as my order incorrect. |

Good quality luxury, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Fresh apple juice in the foyer! I left my (new, expensive) pyjamas in the room after I checked out, and when I telephoned back, they couldn't find them. My fault, but disappointing none-the-less. |
