Quiet. Comfortable room and bed. Good location, close to main station and city centre.

Expensive (but that's Zurich!). Meal not special - stale bread. Out of date bar menus.

Good location not far from main shopping and restaurants, near Tram station, very helpful staff, clean spacious room.

A little pricey but then everything is expensive in Switzerland.

Average room size, Comfortable bed, clean room, and adequate amenities. Quite and peaceful. Near to Zurich main train station and main restaurant and shopping areas. Arrived at 10am and hotel staff were helpful to provide us with rooms within half an hour. Helpful and friendly staff

Breakfast Buffet was excellent

Bed wasn't the most comfortable

the breakfast choices. But extend the hour to 11:00 AM.

While the atmosphere of the lobby was lovely, the suite had much to be desired as far as colors. Perhaps you like bile green and hot orange but I do not. For goodness sakes get an interior designer with taste and a sense of color. Not retro 1970!

The hotel was in a great location close to everything. The staff was really nice and the room was really nice. The beds are to die for they are so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms

I asked for a wake-up call to make sure to catch my flight and I did not receive it. This is unacceptable.

My parents were for city tour in Zurich and I booked Hotel fp them, as they do not speek well English or German I wrote e mail and staff and all the team were so friendly and helpful during all their staying. Thanks a lot for all Hotel's team. Breakfast was excellent, room big enough and comfortable.

The hotel was nice and I believe anyone who stays there will enjoy the overall experience. It is very conveniently located - I arrived by train and didn't need a taxi or tram the entire trip. ... The staff was friendly and there was a restaurant and bar on the premises And the rooms were nicely outfitted and reasonably spacious.

Not a reflection on the hotel, but Switzerland is expensive, an Zurich is no exception. Be prepared to spend a lot of cash for the basics (like a $25 plate of spaghetti).

I liked my room 420 because it was spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet. I liked the fresh apple juice. I was so happy that my booking was upgraded.

My last meal, a salad, was a bit disappointing. But the rest was very enjoyable.

Very close with Railway station Zurich HB, in hotel have heater - it was need because in room was very cold in this winter's days. when we asked for an iron - service bring it brought together with ironing board, but for iron need an adapter, which were not given, but it was with us. couple of times during our stay in the hotel lobby brought there is a large bottle of apple juice - it was delicious! It will be great if it will be more often.

for the entire period of my stay - in my room never changed bed linen, On the second night the maid was putting the pillow with a very bad smell, it was a strong chemical odor, often the maid switched off the fridge during our absence in the room. Hotel was debited money immediately after booking, provided that the advance will not debited your money.
