All'arrivo ho trovato la gradita sorpresa dell'upgrade in una superior.Camera spaziosa, ma sopratutto con la zona letto tra le più confortevoli mai incontrate. Buona colazione. Posizione abbastanza centrale. Parking a prezzo equo. |

Il servizio in stanza era ottimo lo staff alla reception molto scortese, ovviamente non si può generalizzare, ma mi ha messo molto a disagio |

il letto troppo molle,la ventola dell'aria condizionata rumorosa,avere la finestra esattamente all'altezza della strada(e si che era il piano terzo)la camera piccola ,non c'era nemmeno la saponetta. |

Vicinanza alle fermate mezzi pubblici, quiete generale, parcheggio per moto gratuito La struttura richiede un restiling soprattutto ai piani delle camere e agli ascensori. |

La posizione centrale, ma tranquilla, dell'hotel, ad appena 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale. Vicinanza dell'hotel agli snodi autostradali per le altre città. L'eleganza della camera e del bagno, peraltro pulitissimi. Personale gentile. Materasso matrimoniale unico, anche se troppo morbido. |

Il letto è meraviglioso!!! Inoltre linea cortesia di ottimo livello, Internet WiFi gratuito ed uno staff molto gentile. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole. |

The bed was very relaxing and the room temperature perfect. I slept very well. The room decor fitting and pleasant. The breakfast was fine with excellent bacon and eggs! Staff helped plan the Sunday afternoon. Very friendly. Just a bit on the small side in room dimensions. And their was only 10 channels on the TV. No BBC! Had to pay for parking. It's just smthg I hate. No real complaints. VG overall. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the best we encountered in our 5 weeks, 4 countries holiday. The location is terrific, very close to Train Station Zurich HB. Very quiet and very clean room too. Our room was quite small. Not much room to move around. The bathroom was extremely small. Had trouble getting in and out of bathtub/shower. It would suit business people travelling solo or couples but not families of 1 child or more. |

Great location in Zurich with easy access into the main city (walk or tram) and easy walk from the main train station. Hotel staff and room was great and overall an enjoyable stay. |

Only stayed one night so can't say very much but it was a very good location, near the railway station.My husband forgot his coat there and the staff very kindly forwarded it to our next location, very efficient! |

have stayed at many hotels in zurich and this was by far the best value for money. and booking.com had the best rate. free internet included and very central location. Rooms a bit rustic in design but very large by zurich standards, clean. super comfy bed and location unbeatable for downtown zurich. staff allowed late 2pm check out which was appreciated. windows could not be opened in room. (small issue however). |

We found the Hotel Continental Zurich to be comfortable, clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was close to the train station and numerous restaurants. |
